The sludge generated from our factory contained a lot of moisture, which increased its volume, making the waste disposal costs quite high and problematic for us. In an effort to reduce these costs, we searched for methods to decrease the volume and mass of the sludge. A vacuum dryer creates a state close to a perfect vacuum, and when we input the thick sludge containing a lot of moisture, the moisture evaporates from the sludge even at low temperatures. The thick sludge changes its state to a powder form, reducing its volume.
