Switching from continuous blow to intermittent operation! Energy-saving case of air consumption.
In the product manufacturing process, there are many steps such as water removal blow and dust removal blow, and air blowing is constantly in a state of being wasted. The enhanced discharge intermittent blow system is attractive because it can reduce unnecessary air consumption by switching from continuous blow to intermittent operation. Additionally, since air repeatedly collides with the target object, the blow effect is improved, and work efficiency (blow time) has also increased. Furthermore, it was very easy to implement without the need for electrical work. In fact, we were able to reduce the annual air consumption from 53,637 Nm3 to 26,819 Nm3, successfully achieving approximately 50% energy savings.
