Thermal Spraying Process: By spraying molten metal or ceramic particles onto the base material using a heat source, form a coating with functional properties on the surface of the base material. 3. Coating Process (Fluororesin Coating, Silicone Resin Coating): Depending on the customer's usage conditions, applications, and characteristics, perform fluororesin or silicone resin coating. ■Finishing Polishing to Inspection 1. Finishing Polishing and Inspection: Perform finishing such as polishing according to specifications. Propose adjustments based on surface roughness and film thickness suitable for the customer's usage environment.

We utilize our seven baking furnaces, tailored to the substrate, to process at the optimal temperature range. We are equipped with a 10-ton crane, allowing for the processing of large and long items in our maximum-sized baking furnace of 2.5m x 2.5m x 10m, as well as smaller furnaces suitable for small item processing.
