Masking Treatment: Apply appropriate masking to areas that do not require processing. ■Substrate Processing to Surface Processing 1. Substrate Processing (Blasting Process): To remove the oxide film on the base material and enhance adhesion, roughen the surface using blasting material. 2. Thermal Spraying Process: By spraying molten metal or ceramic particles onto the base material using a heat source, form a coating with functional properties on the surface of the base material. 3. Coating Process (Fluororesin Coating, Silicone Resin Coating): Depending on the customer's usage conditions, applications, and characteristics, perform fluororesin or silicone resin coating. ■Finishing Polishing to Inspection 1. Finishing Polishing and Inspection: Perform finishing such as polishing according to specifications. Propose adjustments based on surface roughness and film thickness suitable for the customer's usage environment.
