To conclude, the accuracy of AI responses is determined not only by the performance of the model but also by how well the meaning of the data that AI can reference is organized. The system that manages this organization systematically is the data catalog. In this article, we will sequentially explain the relationship between data catalogs and AI, the reasons why AI is needed, the main functions and benefits, how to choose tools, the steps for implementation and operations to prevent formalism, and how to explain the investment effects within the organization. *For details, please download the materials and check them.*

More companies than ever are adopting dashboards. However, on the other hand, there is an increasing number of users who feel "dashboard fatigue." Visualizing metrics is not difficult. However, supporting decision-making is a different challenge. For example, a decrease in sales can be easily understood through a chart, but it is rare for a product manager to indicate "what to do next" in response to that result. This gap keeps many organizations in a state of "just checking the situation," which prevents actual actions from being taken. The concept of "decision-centered analytics" aims to solve these challenges. What we should strive for is not merely increasing visualizations. It is to create an environment where changes can be quickly detected, their background understood, and necessary actions can be executed swiftly. *For more details, please download the materials and check them.

In today's rapidly changing market environment, a KPI dashboard that merely shows "what happened last week" is already too late for making confident decisions. Many companies have implemented dashboards, but not many have KPI systems that can detect changes in sales, customer churn risks, declining profit margins, and supply chain issues before they significantly impact the business. The solution to this gap is augmented analytics. Gartner defines augmented analytics as "a category of analytics that uses machine learning and natural language technology to help prepare, analyze, and explain data more quickly and with less manual effort." *For more details, please download the materials and check.*
