The rough surface finish greatly influences the quality of concrete pavement. What we have developed this time is the specialized broom for rough surface finishing (broom finish) called 'SOMENDER'. The brooms we have handled until now received feedback such as "the bristles come out easily," "the broom body and handle tend to bend easily," and "they deteriorate significantly with continued use on site." Compared to conventional concrete pavement, while there are vertical joints and expansion joints, the absence of horizontal joints improves drivability and reduces vibrations and noise caused by vehicle traffic. Steel formwork used for concrete paving can experience wear, bending, and deformation due to long-term use. Our company manufactures and sells products that accommodate various concrete slab thicknesses. By using both the vertical and horizontal sides, one form can support two types of slab thicknesses. "TF Lock" was developed to install the male side of a threaded dowel bar on the joint surface of concrete pavement. It has already been patented. It reduces the burden on workers who have to work in a difficult bent-over posture when attaching the male side of the dowel bar. By simply attaching it to the tip of an impact tool, both rebar and round steel can rotate.

We import, sell, and rent the American-made simple finisher "Blitz Screed" used for concrete paving. It also has an adjustable length feature, allowing it to accommodate various paving widths.

★About the Role of Joint Board Stands Typically, joint boards needed to be temporarily fixed with mortar or similar materials before pouring concrete. By using this joint board stand, there is no need to temporarily fix the joint boards, which greatly contributes to labor savings on site! Additionally, it prevents misalignment at the joint board connection, helping to ensure accurate placement of the joint boards! ★About the Product Features - We always have options available for 10mm and 20mm sizes, depending on the size of the joint board. - To facilitate easy fixing to the installation surface, we have provided φ3mm holes at a 20mm pitch.

At Self-Defense Forces and U.S. military bases, steel fittings are embedded in concrete pavement to secure fighter jets at the parking area. The material, size, and length of the fittings vary depending on the type of aircraft. Due to the required strength, products made from high-strength special steel are used. The most notable feature of the Non-Searcher is its shape with protruding plates! Until now, there have been many instances where the position of the tie bars became unclear after the side molds (side plates) of the slipform paving machine passed, leading to time-consuming searches for the position of the protective cap and its removal. Once the Non-Searcher is installed and the side mold passes... the protruding plate pops out with a "ping"! Not only does it prevent concrete from flowing in, but it also allows for instant identification of the position of the tie bar (female connection hole), making the removal process quick!
