Our "Tunnel Invert Formwork" allows for smooth installation as the joints in the extension direction are secured with bolts. The density of the concrete is improved compared to manual plaster finishing. The extension size of the formwork is based on standard steel plate sizes, set at L=1200. This machine is a device that mechanically and uniformly applies curing agents during the initial curing of concrete pavement. Compared to manual application, the automatic curing agent dispensing machine is expected to maintain a consistent amount of curing agent without increasing the workforce. The rough surface finish greatly influences the quality of concrete pavement. What we have developed this time is the specialized broom for rough surface finishing (broom finish) called 'SOMENDER'. The brooms we have handled until now received feedback such as "the bristles come out easily," "the broom body and handle tend to bend easily," and "they deteriorate significantly with continued use on site." Compared to conventional concrete pavement, while there are vertical joints and expansion joints, the absence of horizontal joints improves drivability and reduces vibrations and noise caused by vehicle traffic. Additionally, since water does not penetrate through the horizontal joints, it prevents corrosion of the rebar and a decrease in the bearing capacity of the subgrade, resulting in excellent durability. The construction of continuous reinforced concrete pavement requires the placement of continuous rebar in the vertical direction, necessitating smooth workability. To enhance this workability, bar-type spacers are introduced.

The "TBI Resonator Type-F" is a soundproofing material that effectively eliminates prominent ultra-low frequency sounds such as 4Hz and 8Hz, which are generated by blasting, by utilizing the phenomenon of sound wave resonance. Ultra-low frequency sounds (sound waves below 20Hz) generated by tunnel blasting can cause complaints by rattling the fixtures of nearby houses and creating a sense of pressure on the human body.
