◎About the performance and structure of the machine ★ It is possible to manufacture frames according to the site width. By placing the vibrating unit body in the center and adopting a lightweight attachment method that is mounted on the outside, the machine width (ranging from 3.5m to 8.0m) can be adjusted in a short time even during construction. ★ By performing leveling with surface vibrations using a frame equipped with a planar vibration vibrator, a high-precision finish can be achieved. ★ The power for the vibration device is transmitted from a 200V small generator to the vibrator via wiring cables. Vibration adjustment can be made using a control box (inverter) installed between the generator and the vibrator. ★ Unlike machines made overseas, this machine is made entirely of domestically produced parts, resulting in a simple machine that can accommodate maintenance, servicing, parts procurement, and modifications.
