"TF Lock" was developed to install the male side of a threaded dowel bar on the joint surface of concrete pavement. It has already been patented. It reduces the burden on workers who have to work in a difficult bent-over posture when attaching the male side of the dowel bar. By simply attaching it to the tip of an impact tool, both rebar and round steel can rotate.

Steel formwork used for concrete paving can experience wear, bending, and deformation due to long-term use. Our company manufactures and sells products that accommodate various concrete slab thicknesses. By using both the vertical and horizontal sides, one form can support two types of slab thicknesses. Compared to conventional concrete pavement, while there are vertical joints and expansion joints, the absence of horizontal joints improves drivability and reduces vibrations and noise caused by vehicle traffic. Additionally, since water does not penetrate through the horizontal joints, it prevents corrosion of the rebar and a decrease in the bearing capacity of the subgrade, resulting in excellent durability. The construction of continuous reinforced concrete pavement requires the placement of continuous rebar in the vertical direction, necessitating smooth workability. To enhance this workability, bar-type spacers are introduced.

The rough surface finish greatly influences the quality of concrete pavement. What we have developed this time is the specialized broom for rough surface finishing (broom finish) called 'SOMENDER'. The brooms we have handled until now received feedback such as "the bristles come out easily," "the broom body and handle tend to bend easily," and "they deteriorate significantly with continued use on site." ★September 2024 NETIS Registration★【CB-240025-A】 The "Non-Searcher" is a protective cap designed to be installed in the female connection holes of screw-type tie bars at vertical joints in continuous reinforced concrete pavement constructed using the slipform method. The most notable feature of the Non-Searcher is its shape with protruding plates! Until now, there have been many instances where the position of the tie bars became unclear after the side molds (side plates) of the slipform paving machine passed, leading to time-consuming searches for the position of the protective cap and its removal. Once the Non-Searcher is installed and the side mold passes... the protruding plate pops out with a "ping"! Not only does it prevent concrete from flowing in, but it also allows for instant identification of the position of the tie bar (female connection hole), making the removal process quick! This machine is a device that mechanically and uniformly applies curing agents during the initial curing of concrete pavement. It is expected to improve economic efficiency by reducing labor costs and material loss, as well as enhancing quality, safety, and workability. Traditionally, workers performed the task manually using a sprayer. Compared to manual application, the automatic curing agent dispensing machine is expected to maintain a consistent amount of curing agent without increasing the workforce.
