The OFGS® (OFF GRID SWITCH BOX) series from Tsuruta Electric is a switchboard/transmission system that integrates a transformer with control and protection, developed to maximize the use of solar battery storage both during normal operation and during power outages. The OFGS®-H series is a constant power supply system designed for hybrid battery systems. Even during power outages or restoration, it allows for seamless power supply and autonomous operation without the need for manual intervention, thanks to the automatic switching mechanism of the dedicated transformer. This system fully utilizes the capabilities of hybrid PCS without the need to switch between grid and off-grid modes, addressing challenges related to installation conditions for corporate renewable energy initiatives such as BCP measures, phase-free operations, and RE100. Scott Transformer (Dry-type Scott Transformer) TBS series Type B (Domestic Use Only) When you want to take a relatively large capacity single-phase load from a three-phase circuit as a balanced load on the three-phase circuit through the transformer connection, this Scott connection method transformer is the most widely used in such cases, for example, for single-phase electric furnaces or single-phase loads for emergency power supplies. ◇Advantages: Balanced load can be applied to the input side three-phase circuit. ◇Disadvantages: The load side (single-phase circuit) must be split into two circuits. This transformer is a three-phase amorphous transformer designed based on JEC-2200 and JEM1310. Transformers using amorphous materials reduce standby power by approximately 1/6 to 1/8 compared to those made of silicon steel sheets. No-load loss (standby power) refers to the losses that occur continuously in a receiving state. Since transformers are used for long periods, reducing no-load loss (standby power) can lead to significant energy savings.
