Difference between static electricity prevention and conductivity Generally, static electricity prevention and conductivity are distinguished by differences in resistance values. The resistance value of static electricity prevention film is set to be below 10×13 ohms for HL-M and below 10×11 ohms for HL-SSS, while the resistance value of conductive film HL-B is set to be below 10×4 ohms, indicating a lower resistance. Therefore, it can instantly release electricity like an earth ground and prevent voltage buildup. When voltage is applied to the film, electrical energy is generated, which can damage semiconductors. Our conductive film HL-B is a type that contains carbon black and is opaque black.

Our HL series is based on metallocene linear low-density polyethylene rather than conventional polyethylene, offering excellent tensile strength, elongation, puncture strength, and seal strength. It is primarily used as packaging material during the transportation of precision electrical components to reduce static electricity issues (such as damage or malfunction). It is also effective as a dust cover during the shipment and maintenance of precision machinery.

Surface resistance value is below 10×10^13 Ω. 100% Recycled Product G101XG (SDGs Compliant Product) An environmentally friendly recycled product made from 100% recycled material, using finely crushed waste film generated during manufacturing, reprocessed into raw material. Stability and Low Odor Grade High Soft NF901 A grade with high safety, using additives equivalent to those in medical supplies. It is resistant to heat and humidity, has high stability, and exhibits low migration (bleed phenomenon) to packaged items. Additionally, it has a low characteristic odor of PVC. Ultraviolet Protection Grade High Soft NF901V Cuts ultraviolet transmission into the film by approximately 90% (wavelength 280-380nm, compared to our products).
