This is a transparent film with excellent static electricity diffusion properties, featuring a surfactant additive type.
The antistatic agent blended into the film reacts with moisture, causing it to surface (bleed out) and form a conductive layer that dissipates static electricity from the film's surface. Our HL series is based on metallocene linear low-density polyethylene rather than conventional polyethylene, offering excellent tensile strength, elongation, puncture strength, and seal strength. It is primarily used as packaging material during the transportation of precision electrical components to reduce static electricity issues (such as damage or malfunction). It is also effective as a dust cover during the shipment and maintenance of precision machinery.

basic information
Mechanism of Antistatic Action This is an antistatic function that releases static electricity through the action of surfactants. It is the most cost-effective type of antistatic function, but it is a film that is prone to blocking. It is not suitable for long-term storage or storage in high humidity environments. About the Action of Surfactants Immediately after manufacturing, surfactants are dispersed within the film. After a few hours to a few days, surfactants rise to the surface (bleed-out), forming a conductive layer that allows static electricity to escape from the film surface. Specifications Material: LLDPE (single layer) Resistance Value: Below 10^13 Ω Colors: Blue, Yellow, Pink, Green, Colorless Processing: Sheet, Single Open, Cut, Normal Seal, Endless Seal, Gusset Processing, etc. Minimum Order Quantity: 1,000 M~ *Varies by size. Please inquire for details. *For processed products, the number of sheets produced varies depending on the pitch (length). For example, approximately 10,000 sheets for a length of 100mm, and about 2,000 sheets for 500mm. No prohibited substances based on the revised RoHS directive (RoHS2) are used. ICP data and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) can be provided.
