It is a static electricity dissipative type of polyethylene (PE) film that has excellent static electricity dispersion properties.
The film (resin) itself has an antistatic effect, making it almost independent of humidity and capable of maintaining a stable surface resistivity for a long time. Since it is a non-contaminating film without added surfactants or slip agents, there is no stickiness or transfer to products due to bleeding, and there are no concerns about print smudging or blocking. Our HL series is based on metallocene linear low-density polyethylene rather than conventional polyethylene, and it excels in tensile strength, elongation, puncture strength, and seal strength. It is primarily used as packaging material during the transport of precision electrical components, aimed at reducing static electricity issues (such as damage or malfunction).
