The meat specialty restaurant "Niku no Hosoda," operated by a long-established business with over 100 years of history, has a food philosophy that is thoroughly committed to quality ingredients and hygiene. Twenty years ago, they introduced a super hypochlorous acid generation system for hygiene management. Recently, one unit was not enough, so they added a second unit, and they are also using super hypochlorous acid in their newly established ham processing facility. "Super Hypochlorous Water" is a disinfecting and deodorizing water that has been adjusted to a weakly acidic pH using a sodium hypochlorite solution. We would like to introduce a case where a super hypochlorous acid generator, the "Steri Mixer series," was introduced at a psychiatric hospital in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
