[Proposal Example] We want to introduce a QR code on the product signboard to improve management efficiency.

Embedding order numbers, material numbers, delivery dates, etc. into a two-dimensional code! A case study on streamlining management.

Due to the large number of products and the difficulty in product management, we received a request to manage the acceptance of cardboard boxes at the factory using a two-dimensional code. While it is possible to print a two-dimensional code on the delivery slip, since it will be used at the factory, we added a program to print the two-dimensional code on the product kanban. We can embed the order number, material number, delivery date, quantity, and other information into the two-dimensional code. In addition, it is possible to customize the system to fit the customer's operations. [Overview] ■ Issues - There are a large number of products, making product management difficult. - There is a desire to manage the acceptance of cardboard boxes at the factory using a two-dimensional code. ■ Results - A program was added to print the two-dimensional code on the product kanban. - The order number, material number, delivery date, quantity, and other information can be embedded in the two-dimensional code. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] We want to make the sheet sign for box manufacturers easier to use.

Improvement of sheet signs! A case where efficiency increased by linking the existing database with our company.

We received a consultation from Box Maker Company A regarding the time it takes to find the desired sheet due to the large number of sheets available, and whether there is a more efficient method. We have retained the case registration information you possess. If you specify the product number when placing an order, we have made it possible to print the customer name, product name, and process in addition to the existing information. You can now find sheets more quickly than when you were relying on the order number, resulting in increased efficiency. Additionally, with the customer and product names printed, mistakes such as using the sheet for the wrong product have been eliminated. [Challenges] ■ Previously, only flute, configuration, width, and flow were recorded. ■ When ordering sheets, the order number was specified, and sheets were searched based on that number. ■ It was not intuitive, and it took time to find the desired sheet. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[System Implementation Case] Want to visualize machine and process performance.

Visualization of achievements in manufacturing management processes! A case where input errors were eliminated, resulting in increased reliability of the achievements.

At Printing Company A, they have three printing machines and create monthly reports on their operational status, recording output quantities, defects, and operating hours on paper for aggregation. As the trend towards small lot production of various products progresses, the price transfer for small lots has not advanced significantly, and they expressed a desire to understand profitability based on the working hours for each product. We proposed a performance collection device that we also use. It can manage three printing machines from different manufacturers with a single collection device, and thanks to the transition from manual data collection to automatic collection, input errors have been eliminated, increasing the reliability of the performance data. [Challenges] - They were aggregating each operational status on paper. - As the trend towards small lot production of various products progresses, the price transfer for small lots has not advanced. - They want to understand profitability based on the working hours for each product. - Attempting to aggregate setup times on paper while working with a stopwatch is inefficient. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

[Proposal Example] Improve work efficiency when purchasing cardboard (innovate delivery)

On-site delivery tailored to the current situation! A case where the time spent searching for products and moving them has been significantly reduced.

I received a request to "come up with a delivery method that improves work efficiency." When delivering the ordered cardboard boxes, I did not have prior knowledge of the order in which the customer would use them, so during delivery, it was difficult for the customer to find the necessary cardboard products while organizing them. Therefore, I consulted with the transportation department and drivers who actually deliver the products, and I thought that if we unloaded the sheets in a way that is easy for the customer to use, it could solve the problem. I made suggestions such as, "Ask the customer for instructions and place the item they want to use first on top when unloading." 【Proposal Details】 - Ask the customer for instructions and place the item they want to use first on top when unloading. - Unload the sheets in the order of use on pallets near the machines being used. - Standardize the orientation of the signs so that products can be easily distinguished. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] From Styrofoam Packaging to Cardboard Cases

Introducing a case where a change from expanded polystyrene packaging specifications to cardboard packaging specifications was proposed!

Currently, we are using expanded polystyrene for packaging, but we are struggling to secure inventory space. We have received inquiries about finding a good method to reduce inventory space. We proposed changing the packaging specification from expanded polystyrene to cardboard. With the current expanded polystyrene packaging, we have to store a large amount of finished expanded polystyrene, which takes up a tremendous amount of space. However, by suggesting the features of cardboard packaging (foldability), we were able to manage it in a flat position, allowing for more efficient use of space. [Overview] ■ Issues - We are using expanded polystyrene for packaging, but it is difficult to secure inventory space. - If we increase the number of product items, the initial investment for expanded polystyrene packaging can cost several million yen. ■ Results - We were able to manage it in a flat position, allowing for more efficient use of space. - It became easy to increase various shapes of packaging materials at a cost of tens of thousands of yen. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] I want to reduce storage space by changing the material of the cardboard.

By reviewing the materials, we can solve the problem! The thickness has been reduced to 0.7mm, which has decreased the stacking space.

Currently, we have been using a tea-based EF thickness (around 1.2mm), but due to the difficulty in securing storage space, we have received a request to reduce inventory space. Since it was impossible to change the design to reduce materials and thickness while maintaining the current packaging shape, we resolved the issue by reconsidering the material. By using a material that is 0.7mm thinner, we reduced the stacking space and achieved a cost reduction of 3% (with variations depending on the lot and specifications). Because it is a special material, we also proposed it for printing applications (offset printing). [Overview] ■ Issues - Difficulty in securing storage space - Desire to reduce storage space by changing cardboard material ■ Proposal - Current EF material thickness (around 1.2mm) → GF material thickness (0.5mm) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] I want to change the shape of the cardboard.

Packaging boxes that consider the environment! Changing the shape from wire-tied to a slipcase and wrap-around style.

We would like to introduce a case that solved the issue of wanting to change the shape of cardboard boxes. Currently, we are using B-type (wire-bound) cases, which require a large storage space for cardboard box inventory. Additionally, the current joining method using wire is not environmentally friendly, and we were consulted about the possibility of changing the shape of the cardboard. By switching to a die-cut box that does not use wire, it became possible to deliver in a single sheet state. This also reduced the client's inventory space and resulted in an environmentally friendly packaging box. [Overview] ■ Issues - Large storage space required for cardboard box inventory - Joining method is wire-bound and not environmentally friendly ■ Results - Changed to B-type (die-cut and wrap-around type) shape - Possible to deliver in a single sheet state - Reduction in inventory space *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] Reduce the types of cardboard and decrease inventory space 02

Standardizing three types of cases into one! A case study that solved product management and inventory space issues.

We would like to introduce a case that solved the issue of wanting to reduce the number of types of cardboard boxes and decrease inventory space. Currently, there are three types of cases (large 10-pack, medium 16-pack, small 36-pack) with the same box dimensions but slightly different printing surfaces within the series products, and orders were placed uniformly for each type. However, there were problems with product management and inventory space. By using printed check items on a single type of case, we were able to standardize and simplify case management for the three types. This reduced inventory space and also saved costs on rubber plates during revisions. 【Overview】 ■ Issues - There are three types of cases with slightly different printing surfaces. - We want to reduce the number of types of cardboard boxes and decrease inventory space. - There were problems with product management and inventory space. ■ Results - Printed check items on a single type of case. - Standardization and simplification of case management for three types. - Reduced inventory space. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] We want to reduce the types of cardboard and decrease inventory space 01.

Improvement proposal for the customer's site! The cardboard stock will be reduced to one type per product, resulting in decreased inventory.

We would like to introduce a case that responds to the request from Company A, which is engaged in the wholesale and mail order of health foods. Depending on the number of products shipped, we used three types of cardboard boxes: a small box for 2 items, a medium box for 4 items, and a large box for 6 items. Therefore, we proposed a common case. We added two creases to the body of the cardboard, allowing the height of the box to be adjusted in three stages. Now, there is only one type of cardboard box in stock for each product, which has reduced inventory. [Challenges] - The cardboard box inventory is taking up space in the warehouse, causing issues. - There is a shortage of cardboard boxes due to sudden orders. - We want to reduce the variety of cardboard boxes. - We want to decrease the inventory space. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] Reducing ordering mistakes and simplifying management through the standardization of product codes.

Improving workability and efficiency through common coding! Introducing service examples that also led to time reduction.

We received requests from customers stating, "I want to place orders for products easily and without mistakes" and "I want to make product management easier." Currently, orders are placed using product names, but there are many similar products, which can lead to ordering mistakes. Additionally, due to the large variety of products handled, it is difficult for customers to keep track of everything, and they felt that the ordering process was somewhat burdensome. By standardizing products with a common code, ordering mistakes have become less likely, and since products are registered with codes, the process of ordering and managing products has become easier. [Challenges] ■ I want to place orders for products easily and without mistakes ■ There are many similar products, which can lead to ordering mistakes ■ Due to the large variety of products handled, it is difficult to keep track of everything ■ The large number of products makes order management complicated *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] Reducing Processing Load for Ultra-Compact Cases to Shorten Delivery Time and Cut Costs

Improved productivity with a model suited for mechanization and high-speed operation! A case where the delivery time was shortened by one day.

We would like to introduce a case where we solved the challenge of "wanting to shorten the delivery time for ultra-small cases" through our proposal. Boxes that are too small are often made by hand, which takes time for manufacturing. The semi-A type involves individual tasks such as cutting cardboard sheets into smaller sizes, making incisions, and gluing, all of which were done manually, resulting in longer production times. To address this, we manufactured the semi-A type boxes as A-type cases using machines, with the body parts aligned to a larger size, and then cut the finished product in the middle. The A-type is a format suited for mechanization and high-speed production, resulting in a significant increase in productivity. 【Overview】 ■ Challenge - Boxes that are too small are often made by hand, leading to longer manufacturing times. - All individual tasks were performed manually. ■ Result - By manufacturing as A-type cases and cutting in the middle, we converted the semi-A type boxes. - The cardboard sheets, now twice the size, can be directly fed into the machine without the need for cutting. - Delivery time was shortened by one day. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Example Proposal] Improvement of Work Efficiency When Purchasing Cardboard (Responding to Urgent Orders)

A response unique to a cardboard box manufacturer! Collaboration between the order management office, manufacturing site, and transportation department.

We would like to introduce a case that solved the concerns of customers who are troubled by urgent orders and changes. Customers reach out to us every day with inquiries about urgent products, such as "I want to change the dimensions of an urgent product," "I want to change the quantity of a product with a near delivery date," "I want to expedite the delivery," and "I suddenly need more products and want them immediately." Our company has the capability to manufacture cardboard sheets from cardboard base paper, known as "corrugated," and we have all the necessary machinery for printing, allowing us to handle urgent orders. Additionally, we ensure quick coordination from the order management desk to the manufacturing site and transportation department. [Overview] ■ Issues - Urgent orders and changes ■ Proposals - Quick response to changes in product dimensions and quantities - Short lead time manufacturing of cardboard sheets and cardboard cases - Quick coordination from the order management desk to the manufacturing site and transportation department *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] I want to create a cardboard mannequin.

Space-saving, assembly-type cardboard eco-mannequin! A case that thoroughly meets your requests.

We received an inquiry from a customer stating, "I would like to use mannequins to display uniforms for a limited time, but I am concerned that shipping costs will be high due to their bulkiness for nationwide delivery. Additionally, since this is a limited-time item, I want something that is easy to dispose of in-store." In response, we proposed a collapsible cardboard mannequin. It can be easily assembled by anyone, does not take up space during transport and storage, and is easy to dispose of, effectively meeting the customer's needs. If you are a customer who is struggling with wanting to do something for a limited time or looking for something that can substitute what you are currently using, please feel free to consult with us. [Overview] ■ Issues - Concern about high shipping costs due to bulkiness for nationwide delivery - Desire for something easy to dispose of in-store since it is a limited-time item ■ Results - Does not take up space before assembly, making transport and storage easy - Can be easily assembled by anyone - Easy to dispose of and can be recycled *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] Visualizing each other's information through mutual use of groupware.

Sharing groupware with customers! A case study utilizing the know-how of information sharing cultivated in-house.

At Company A, which conducts machine assembly, the factory manager managed the delivery dates of each machine, the planned personnel for each process, and the progress status of each process using handwritten notes. There were issues such as the need to review processes due to changes in delivery dates and frequent requests for urgent repairs that caused workers to go out, leading to planned changes not being communicated correctly to subordinates. They consulted us on "how to share information among everyone." We proposed using the freeware groupware that we utilize. With the introduction of the groupware, everyone can now always view the latest schedules. [Challenges] ■ The delivery dates of each machine, the planned personnel for each process, and the progress status of each process are managed by the factory manager using handwritten notes. ■ There are frequent changes in processes due to delivery date adjustments and urgent repair requests that cause workers to go out, resulting in planned changes not being communicated correctly to subordinates. ■ They have obtained ISO 9001 certification and are also struggling with the increasing management of documents year by year. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] I want to eliminate the corners of the cardboard to avoid damaging the packaging.

Reduced bag tearing due to corner snagging! Achieving safe insertion and wrapping, and improving work efficiency!

The customer is packing products into cardboard, which is the packaging material, while performing bagging operations inside the box, and they are packaging the products by hooking the bags onto the lid. However, during this process, the corners of the lid (flap) get caught due to the weight of the products, causing the bags to tear, resulting in bag loss and additional work time. The issue lies in the corners of the flap getting caught in the bags, so it was proposed to eliminate this by rounding the corners through R processing (a process that rounds corners using a die). As a result, the tearing of bags due to corner catches has decreased, leading to a reduction in bag loss, labor costs, and time. 【Customer's Issues】 ■ The corners of the lid (flap) get caught due to the weight of the products, causing the bags to tear. ■ There is bag loss. ■ It takes time to complete the work. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] We want to reduce the burden on packaging workers (burden of packaging fruits and vegetables).

To make it easier to handle, we devised a way to move and transport boxes of fruits and vegetables or heavy items, which were difficult to lift and burdensome.

When lifting heavy items weighing over 10 kg that are placed in cardboard boxes, the cut edges of the handle holes dig into the hands, causing pain and making it impossible to hold for long periods. Therefore, our company has switched the handle holes from full holes (completely cut out) to half holes (the lower half is cut out, and the upper half is folded inward to protect the hands), reducing the burden on the workers. In jobs that involve handling heavy items for extended periods, such small innovations make a significant difference. 【Case Summary】 ■Problem: - When lifting heavy items over 10 kg placed in cardboard boxes, the cut edges of the handle holes dig into the hands, causing pain and making it impossible to hold for long periods. ■Proposal: Switch the handle holes from full holes to half holes. ■Effect: Reduce the burden on workers. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Example Proposal] I want to use proper packaging for overseas export.

Packaging managers propose packaging tailored to the exporting country! We deliver samples and make adjustments after use!

Export packaging is classified as industrial packaging because the protection of contents or preservation of quality is important. Regardless of export packaging, three pieces of information must be understood as conditions for proper packaging design. Ena Cardboard offers packaging proposals tailored to the destination country by packaging management specialists. We share information on strength, cost, workability, etc., and deliver samples using reinforced cardboard along with design proposals. With the increasing complexity and consolidation of "export packaging" due to legal revisions and regulatory enhancements in various countries, our company considers proper packaging to protect your valuable products. 【Issues】 <Three pieces of information are necessary as conditions for proper packaging design> ■ Understanding the characteristics of the contents, such as strength and quality ■ Understanding the properties of the packaging materials used ■ Understanding the transportation conditions, such as transportation methods, handling equipment, and climate *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] Make the size of the cushioning material adjustable to promote size compatibility.

Various sizes of partitions! A case that improved the hassle of ordering individually and managing inventory!

The customer was managing a significant burden from ordering to inventory for many types of partitions. Therefore, we proposed to pre-cut extra notches in each part of the partition, allowing the customer to choose the position of the partitions according to their intended use. By changing the partition positions based on the items placed inside, the customer was able to accommodate multiple products, leading to standardization of the partitions and enabling bulk ordering. 【Case Summary】 ■Problem: There was a significant burden from ordering to inventory for the partitions. ■Proposal: - Pre-cut extra notches in each part of the partition to allow selection of partition positions based on intended use. ■Results: - Enabled accommodation of multiple products. - Progressed standardization of partitions, allowing for bulk ordering. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] Simplification of case assembly, introduction of bottom lock and Amerock.

To improve the efficiency of the packing process, we have omitted taping the bottom! We are receiving great feedback!

In the most commonly used A-style cases, it is essential to secure the bottom with tape or glue before packing the boxes. Without a bottom, everything would fall out. If you are engaged in a job that involves packing a large number of boxes daily, the task of securing the bottom alone can be a significant burden. To alleviate this task, there are methods for processing the bottom known as bottom lock or American lock. The finished boxes can be secured without the use of tape or glue, greatly improving the efficiency of the packing process. Our customers who pack large quantities of boxes are very pleased with this. [Case Summary] ■ Problem: A-style cases require tape or glue to secure the bottom. ■ Proposal: Processing methods for the bottom known as bottom lock or American lock. ■ Effects: - Can be secured without using tape or glue. - Significantly improves the efficiency of the packing process. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] I would like to change the wooden box to a cardboard case.

Reduced workload! A case where the taping of the bottom was omitted to improve the efficiency of box packing!

The customer was using wooden boxes for packaging indoors, and the packing personnel were either women or elderly individuals, facing the issues of wanting to improve the efficiency of the packing process and that the wooden boxes were too heavy for female workers to handle. In response, our company proposed using lightweight cardboard, taking advantage of the indoor work environment. This not only reduced the workload but also allowed for space-saving through flat storage management. 【Case Summary】 ■ Issues: Wanting to improve the efficiency of the packing process; wooden boxes are too heavy for female workers to handle. ■ Proposal: Suggested lightweight cardboard, leveraging the advantage of indoor work. ■ Effects: Reduced workload and achieved space-saving through flat storage management. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] Cardboard box that makes it easy to package difficult-to-package products.

Reducing the burden of lifting work! We will introduce examples of better proposals by understanding our customers' packaging sites!

When the products to be placed in the cardboard box are heavy, lifting and packaging them becomes very labor-intensive, and customers were struggling with potential back pain. In response, our company changed to a "wrap-around" type of cardboard box. By reducing the burden of lifting, we freed workers from heavy labor, improved work efficiency, and enabled the assembly of the cardboard and packaging of the products to be done simultaneously, thus shortening the packaging time. 【Case Summary】 <Problems> ■ Lifting and packaging products is very labor-intensive ■ Customers were struggling with potential back pain <Suggestions> ■ Change to a "wrap-around" type of cardboard box ■ Switch to a process where the product is placed on top of the cardboard box and wrapped directly *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] Considerate and Efficient Insertion and Wrapping for People

Improvement of packaging from A-1 type to one-touch type! Work on-site has become smoother!

Since fruits and vegetables are numerous and heavy, innovative packaging methods are necessary, and due to the aging workforce, suggestions that take this into account were requested. In response, our company changed the shape of the cardboard from A-1 (0201) to a bottom one-touch style. Additionally, we added hand holes to the upper flaps. Furthermore, by printing markers on both sides of the box, it became easy to identify the product name even during the bundling of the cardboard or when stacked before shipping, which reduced shipping errors and allowed for smoother handover to delivery services. 【Case Summary】 ■ Issues: The aging workforce is progressing, and innovative packaging methods are needed. ■ Suggestions: 1. Change from A-1 (0201) to bottom one-touch style. 2. Add hand holes to the upper flaps. 3. Print markers on both sides of the box. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] I want to make the dividers used for packaging easier to use.

I want to improve work efficiency! Here are examples of how to make dividers used in packaging more user-friendly!

When placing the assembled dividers into the case, there was a phenomenon where the dividers would fall out when lifted, which hindered work and caused difficulties for customers. In response, our company made an improvement by adding an additional notch at the top of the divider's slotter. By adding this notch, the dividers interlock more deeply, eliminating the phenomenon of them "falling out" when lifted and placed into the case, thus improving work efficiency. Additionally, even when the assembled dividers are stacked, they no longer become disordered or collapse. [Case Summary] <Problems> ■ There is a phenomenon where the dividers fall out when lifted. ■ This hinders work and causes difficulties. <Suggestion> ■ Add an additional notch at the top of the divider's slotter. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] I want to improve the packaging workability of long items.

The packaging has been changed so that the cardboard boxes are completed simultaneously! This has achieved a reduction in packaging time!

The customer was troubled because the products to be packaged were large and long, which required larger cardboard boxes, and the preparation work before packaging also took a lot of time. In response, our company proposed a cardboard case that improves work efficiency by matching the shape of the product, allowing for the simultaneous assembly of the cardboard and product packaging. By changing the process so that the cardboard case is completed at the same time as the packaging, we were able to achieve "reduction in packaging time" and "cost reduction of cardboard cases." 【Case Overview】 <Problems> ■ The products to be packaged are large and long, resulting in large cardboard boxes. ■ Preparation work before packaging is also taking time. <Suggestions> ■ Adjust the shape of the product to allow for simultaneous assembly of the cardboard and product packaging. ■ Propose a cardboard case that improves work efficiency. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] I want to achieve space-saving and efficient packaging.

The partition board and the assembly partition have been integrated into one! The cost aspect and work efficiency have dramatically improved!

Currently, there has been a significant request for price reductions on cardboard products from the purchasing department, and we have been cooperating on cost reduction efforts. At the time of delivery, the products are bundled in a compact state without assembly, but this requires a lot of time for the assembly of dividers, resulting in poor packaging efficiency. In response, we proposed delivering the products with the dividers already assembled. Although the product cost increased, the elimination of the assembly work for the dividers improved the labor cost relatively. Additionally, we proposed a compact divider that is integrated with a cushioning pad (Kamikon). By making it an integrated unit, we eliminated issues such as damage from falling during packaging, thus enhancing convenience. 【Case Summary】 ■ Issues: While the cost of cardboard products is low, the labor costs are high. ■ Proposals: 1. Deliver with dividers already assembled. 2. A compact divider integrated with a cushioning pad (Kamikon). *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal Example] Reduce the packaging work time for cardboard.

Eliminate the hassle of laying down pads for product protection and reduce the packaging time for cardboard!

The customer is packing products in a cardboard box with 10 items divided inside, but it takes time because the bottom of the assembled box is not flat, so they are placing a pad before inserting the dividers. They want to eliminate the pad, but they were concerned that if the inside of the box is uneven, the products would shake during transport and cause damage. Our company proposed a cardboard box that has a flat bottom when assembled. This eliminated the need for the pad and reduced the packing time. [Case Summary] ■ Issues - The bottom of the assembled box is not flat - It takes time to place a pad before inserting the dividers ■ Proposal: Cardboard that has a flat bottom when assembled ■ Effect: Achieved a reduction in packing time *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

Weight packaging compatible high-strength sheet 'SBL Super Board Liner'

Reinforced cardboard that can also carry heavy parts! It can be easily disposed of at the destination, offering significant advantages over wooden boxes! [Currently accepting samples]

SBL (Super Board Liner) is a product developed by Ena Paperboard Co., Ltd. as a high-strength sheet designed to accommodate heavy packaging. This sheet is primarily based on W/F (double-faced sheet: double flute), using high-strength imported paper for both the top liner and the bottom liner. Additionally, high-strength paper is used for the central liner, and a special reinforced core (enhanced in strength through chemicals, etc.) is employed in the corrugated core, resulting in significantly improved stacking strength and burst strength compared to standard W/F sheets. In addition to W/F, we also offer Super Board Liners in A/F and B/F, which are commonly used as general cardboard. Currently, the main applications include packaging for heavy items, integrated design with corrugated pallets (cardboard pallets), and export packaging, and it is recognized as a product that can withstand harsh transportation and storage environments. *For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
