Boxes that are too small are often made by hand, which takes time for manufacturing. The semi-A type involves individual tasks such as cutting cardboard sheets into smaller sizes, making incisions, and gluing, all of which were done manually, resulting in longer production times. To address this, we manufactured the semi-A type boxes as A-type cases using machines, with the body parts aligned to a larger size, and then cut the finished product in the middle.
