Currently, there has been a significant request for price reductions on cardboard products from the purchasing department, and we have been cooperating on cost reduction efforts. At the time of delivery, the products are bundled in a compact state without assembly, but this requires a lot of time for the assembly of dividers, resulting in poor packaging efficiency. In response, we proposed delivering the products with the dividers already assembled. Although the product cost increased, the elimination of the assembly work for the dividers improved the labor cost relatively. Additionally, we proposed a compact divider that is integrated with a cushioning pad (Kamikon).
