We would like to introduce a case study of "ASTERIA Warp Core" implemented at TV Asahi Corporation. The company is working on improving operational efficiency using the RPA tool "BizRobo!" to solve the labor shortage issues arising from business expansion. They conducted a proof of concept to combine Core and RPA to further accelerate RPA processing and expand the range of operations that can be streamlined. As a result, they implemented our product. Consequently, by replacing time-consuming data processing and checks with Core for batch processing, they significantly reduced processing time. This raised concerns about potential delays in processing when the responsible personnel were unavailable. Therefore, the product was introduced. In the company's career guidance and university visit tours, all main communications with high schools, universities, and vocational schools, such as brochures, participation requests, and notifications of confirmed items, were conducted via fax. Staff had to create Excel files, print them out, and handwrite names on each one before sending, which placed a significant burden on the internal staff. Therefore, the product was introduced. As a result, by automatically generating Excel files with the guidance dates and names, we significantly reduced the amount of handwritten work.
