We would like to introduce a case study of "ASTERIA Warp Core" implemented at TV Asahi Corporation. The company is working on improving operational efficiency using the RPA tool "BizRobo!" to solve the labor shortage issues arising from business expansion. They conducted a proof of concept to combine Core and RPA to further accelerate RPA processing and expand the range of operations that can be streamlined. As a result, they implemented our product. Consequently, by replacing time-consuming data processing and checks with Core for batch processing, they significantly reduced processing time. At the company, the evaluation of engineers is comprehensively judged based on experience, skills, customer feedback, and market value. The collected data is scattered across various systems and external job sites, making it necessary to systematize the process due to the enormous workload required for manual collection. Therefore, we implemented our product. As a result, we were able to differentiate between systems where data processing and DB/API integration can be handled with "Core+" and those with complex API specifications that can be easily operated with "BizRobo!", thus expanding the scope of business automation. The company had many operations that relied on personnel, such as aggregation processes using Excel macros, and the processing content had become a black box. This raised concerns about potential delays in processing when the responsible personnel were unavailable. Therefore, the product was introduced. As a result, operations that previously took a week were shortened to just a few hours through automation. The product was also applied to a wide range of administrative tasks involving CSV handling, and even during the trial introduction period, we experienced an improvement equivalent to 105 hours of work annually. In the company's career guidance and university visit tours, all main communications with high schools, universities, and vocational schools, such as brochures, participation requests, and notifications of confirmed items, were conducted via fax. Staff had to create Excel files, print them out, and handwrite names on each one before sending, which placed a significant burden on the internal staff. Therefore, the product was introduced. As a result, by automatically generating Excel files with the guidance dates and names, we significantly reduced the amount of handwritten work. At the company, sales activity reports were registered by each salesperson in the SFA tool, but the reports mainly focused on business activities and did not record the hours spent on activities. Therefore, this product was introduced. As a result, a company-specific app was easily created using no-code, allowing for one-tap registration of start and end times for business activities, making it easier for salespeople to input data. Consequently, the hours spent on each business activity could be recorded without building a complex system.
