At Kakuiichi Co., Ltd., which manufactures and sells garage, warehouse, and storage products, existing operations involved creating invoices on paper and transcribing them into the system. It was necessary to create five invoices for each case, and because they were paper-based, the creation and transcription processes were labor-intensive. After the introduction of ASTERIA Warp, we achieved paperless invoicing by utilizing the Platio app. Additionally, by establishing data relevance for each case, we ensured data integrity, seamlessly linking the estimation system with the Platio app, which eliminated transcription work altogether.
