We would like to introduce a case study of "ASTERIA Warp" implemented at Yutaka Giken Co., Ltd. The company was distributing salary and bonus statements for all employees, including those at domestic and overseas locations, on paper. However, the manual labor costs for the staff responsible for printing and mailing, along with the mailing costs to overseas locations, amounted to over 1.4 million yen annually. Therefore, they decided to implement our product. As a result, they achieved the digitization of salary and bonus statements, leading to a reduction of 1.4 million yen in mailing and labor costs, as well as eliminating the use of 14,000 sheets of paper. Additionally, by combining existing systems for in-house production, they were able to reduce implementation costs.
