The FA box is a construction method that combines precast components divided into three sections with cast-in-place concrete to create a large cross-section box. By segmenting the top slab and side walls, it becomes easier to accommodate "slant angles." The precast components are designed as a slab structure, while the bottom slab is cast on-site, resulting in a cost-effective large box. The use of loop joints allows for easy integration of the precast components, facilitating construction and shortening the construction period. Additionally, using PCA wing walls can further reduce the construction time.

The "ELBOX" is a disaster toilet constructed from box-shaped precast components, designed to withstand "automobile load T-25" and "Level 2 seismic motion." By installing a toilet-shaped iron cover, it can be used as an emergency toilet in evacuation sites such as parks and schools. The toilet-shaped iron cover can accommodate both square and round shapes. Additionally, the use of a parent-child cover makes it easy to empty and maintain. In cases where sewage treatment plants or pumping stations stop operating, or when sewage pipelines are damaged due to liquefaction, it functions effectively as a storage-type toilet tank. Furthermore, by installing a separate gate on the discharge side in advance, it can also be used as a combined storage/discharge type structure if the damage to existing pipelines is minor and there are no issues with the flow function. Being a precast component allows for labor savings and a reduction in construction time. Additionally, since the evacuation population varies depending on the scale of disaster prevention parks, it can accommodate necessary specifications (internal width, internal height, length) tailored to those conditions.

■Pregard 2 is a precast guardrail foundation that complies with the revised standards of the "Standard Specifications for Vehicle Protective Barriers and Explanations" and the "Guidelines for Road Earthworks." ■For the H=920, BC-20 type, installation is possible on inner curves of 7 meters and outer curves of 18 meters. ■It is possible to install guardrail posts vertically up to a longitudinal road gradient of 12%. ■The deep type allows for the installation of side ditches or signs on the back side. ■The length of the base plate listed in the catalog is calculated based on "gravelly soil" for backfill. For other soil types, please inquire. ■The applicable ditch sizes will be discussed separately. ■When installed on the wall material of a reinforced earth wall, the total width of the product will change depending on the conditions. The installation standards and explanations for protective fences, as set by the Japan Road Association in October 2014, correspond to type P pedestrian and bicycle protective fences (compatible with post diameters of Φ65 mm or less) and snow load rank 1. The corresponding post spacing is 1, 2, or 3 meters. It is designed to withstand a superimposed load of Q=10 kN/m², making it a lightweight yet sturdy product.

Features ■ The MQS block is a large block type with surface dimensions of 1.25m in width and 0.8m in height, covering an area of 1 square meter. ■ This block is designed to stand on its own during installation. The joints use K-TIK seals, allowing for construction even in rainy weather, so the work process is not affected by the weather. The steps are made with integrated molding for sloped and vertical wall blocks, while the bottom blocks are of the bolt-fixed type, eliminating any concern about them falling out. The adoption of a monolithic bottom block design ensures there is no leakage at the lowest point. We use a flexible joint called "K-TIK Boot" that can be installed with a single touch. To prevent displacement due to uneven loads during sheet pile extraction, plates for block connection are used.

- Harmony with the Surrounding Environment By mixing practical activators and special admixtures into the concrete surface, it becomes a soil-like concrete layer with water absorption and retention properties. This allows the landscape, which was traditionally colored by inorganic concrete, to approach a more natural state, providing comfort to people and achieving harmony with the surrounding environment. - Coexistence with the Natural Environment If the conditions of the surrounding environment are favorable, moss and algae can thrive. Furthermore, it creates a habitat conducive to small animals (insects like butterflies and fireflies, shellfish, and small fish like medaka), contributing to the realization of a society that coexists with nature. - Mitigation of the Heat Island Effect Due to its superior water absorption and retention compared to conventional products, the evaporation of moisture retained within the porous mortar during rainfall reduces the surface temperature of the retaining wall through the heat of vaporization. This helps to mitigate the heat island effect by suppressing summer glare. - Compliance with Environmental Standards The plant activators comply with the "Environmental Standards Related to Soil Contamination" based on the Basic Environmental Law, ensuring that they can be used safely without any issues for the surrounding environment.

The rainwater underground storage mini-gate has obtained the Rainwater Technology Evaluation No. 22, and the detention pond block has received the New Technology Research Achievement Certification No. 22003 from the Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Japan Sewage Works New Technology Organization. ○ Mini-Gate This is a precast underground storage system developed with the primary goal of being economical and easy to maintain. It features an excellent seismic-resistant structure (Level 2) and can accommodate both gravity flow and pump drainage systems. Heights of up to 2500mm are available. ○ Detention Pond Block The box-type can accommodate heights from 1500 to 4000mm, while the stand-type can accommodate heights from 1500 to 7000mm, serving as an underground storage type rainwater storage tank. It has an excellent seismic-resistant structure (Level 2). ○ Open Detention Pond This is an open-type detention pond that can accommodate heights from 900 to 4500mm. There is also a type that allows for the installation of a fence on the top of the product. ○ Box Culvert Rainwater Storage Tank This underground storage tank can be installed beneath roads. We will propose the optimal tank size according to the size and shape of the site.

This is a product that primarily adopts a retaining wall type L-shaped design, combining lightweight and strength. We offer sizes ranging from H=600 to 7000. Here is an introduction to Millwall, HI Millwall, and Design Millwall. ○ Millwall: We have sizes available from H=600 to 3000 in increments of 100 mm. For the construction of inner curves, we can accommodate a minimum radius of R=30 m in relation to road curves. ○ HI Millwall: We have sizes available from H=3100 to 7000 in increments of 100 mm. ○ Design Millwall: We have sizes available from H=900 to 3000 in increments of 100 mm. Similar to Millwall, we can also accommodate a minimum radius of R=30 m for the construction of inner curves in relation to road curves. The design features a stone wall pattern with a decorative thickness of 35 mm.
