We can construct an open channel with a 3% slope efficiently.

Features ■ Open channels with a 3-degree slope can be constructed with good workability. ■ The width of the channel can be freely selected, and it is possible to widen or narrow the channel at various points along its length. Design Conditions Superimposed Load ・・Q=10KN/m² Unit Weight of Soil ・・W=18kN/m³ Internal Friction Angle of Soil ・・Φ=30° Design Standard Strength of Concrete (Product) ・・・・・ σck=30N/mm² 　　　　　　　　　　(Cast-in-Place) ・・・・・ σck'=21N/mm² Allowable Tensile Stress of Reinforcement ・・・・・・・・・・・・ σsa=176N/mm² ■ The minimum width B of the channel will vary depending on the design conditions. (If overlapping joints are used for the connecting reinforcement in the cast-in-place section, the minimum channel width B will be 2450mm or more when H=1200.) For the minimum channel width, we will consult separately. ■ Drainage holes (Φ75, 1 per m) and drainage outlets (Φ25, 2 per m) can be installed according to the intended use.
