Recently, in addition to traditional sketch-based surveys, a number of photographic survey techniques have emerged. Determining the shooting size in photographic surveys is the most crucial aspect; however, the size at which cracks are captured varies significantly not only with the width of the cracks but also with the surface color. The color of the surface fluctuates due to various factors such as the material of the concrete and the amount of sunlight, but existing technologies could only determine the shooting size through theoretical calculations. As a result, there were issues such as cracks not being captured, leading to survey omissions, and low accuracy in crack width measurements. However, with the measurement technology of Shin-KUMONOS, using KUMONOS allows for accurate measurement of crack widths from a distance on-site, enabling surveys at optimal photographic sizes. This also allows for deriving the most suitable photographic size (i.e., number of photos) in terms of cost and survey time, making it possible to conduct the most effective and high-quality surveys. In crack surveys, where there are numerous factors that cannot be calculated, such as material types (e.g., aggregates), completion dates, survey timing, and the amount of sunlight on the day, using Shin-KUMONOS technology enables the accumulation of accurate survey data.

Free membership registrationThe "3D Multi-Beam Scanning Sonar" is a groundbreaking surveying instrument that enables three-dimensional measurement of underwater structures and terrain. It can be fixed to ROVs or tripods to acquire 360° (up to 30m) three-dimensional point cloud data. The point cloud data can be rotated arbitrarily in software, allowing for verification from multiple directions, which makes it possible to detect subtle changes such as cracks in important structures like dams and breakwaters, as well as damage to structures, which is crucial for disaster management. 【Features】 ■ High-resolution 3D point cloud data ■ Compatible with terrestrial laser scanner and multi-beam sonar data (.xyz) ■ MotionScan function that allows measurement even in dynamic environments ■ Capable of measurement even with visibility (clarity) of 0 ■ User-friendly operation software that can be intuitively operated *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationA 3D laser scanner is a non-prism measuring device that can acquire three-dimensional data of terrains and structures without touching the measurement target. Unlike traditional surveying instruments that measure at "single points," it can rapidly and accurately capture thousands to hundreds of thousands of data points per second, allowing for the measurement of objects in a "surface" manner. It is actively used in various fields, including visualization and modeling, as well as in the consideration of new constructions, renovations, and maintenance management.

Free membership registrationMMS (Mobile Mapping System) is a mobile measurement system that equips vehicles with GPS antennas, laser scanners, cameras, and other devices to efficiently and accurately acquire three-dimensional spatial position data and surrounding images of the road environment while driving on general roads and highways (up to 80 km/h) without traffic restrictions. It is also used in public surveying and research, including the creation of road ledger annex maps necessary for road maintenance management, and is utilized for surface condition surveys and tunnel inspections. Free membership registrationBaum Station is an innovative total station equipped with a unique focal mirror called "Baum," which captures objects using concentric circular scales. By aligning the ends of a structure with one of the concentric circles, it is possible to measure the center of cylindrical structures that could not be measured using crosshairs. Additionally, by utilizing the scale width, the position of the object can be offset from the crosshairs, allowing for accurate measurement of coordinates at corners or pointed tips of structures where laser beams have previously made measurement difficult. The concentric circles also accommodate displacements, making it suitable for dynamic observations. By using a CCD camera, continuous observation records can also be maintained. Since it enables accurate measurement of structures that were previously impossible to measure, it significantly contributes to the maintenance and management of structures. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Free membership registrationThe RC-S3 is an all-in-one boat equipped with GPS and sonar, eliminating the need for equipment setup and preparation. This significantly reduces work time and achieves substantial cost savings. By using the "unmanned remote-controlled survey boat," it becomes possible to conduct surveys and measurements in shallow areas and hazardous waters that are inaccessible to people or conventional vessels. Additionally, there is no need to transport large equipment or vessels to the site, eliminating the risks of grounding, capsizing, or falling accidents. With a total length of 1200mm and a weight of 16kg, it is compact and can be transported by one person. Being powered by an electric motor, it produces no exhaust or oil spills, making it clean and environmentally friendly. The high-output brushless motor and twin propellers enable surveying and research in fast-flowing areas. The depth measurement range is from 0.5m to 80m, and it is specialized for shallow waters with a controllable range of 800m.
