[Construction Case] Easily tackle muddy water issues in green parks! Solve long-standing problems!

Finally usable in the field where we have struggled with muddy water for many years! The removal of white soil bags has been omitted, making it easy to complete the measures! The landscape of the green park has also improved!

Before arriving at "hardened pavement," measures were taken by creating water channels using materials like white soil. If new modifications are to be made due to the impact on aesthetics, removal becomes a challenge. Therefore, by directly applying "hardened pavement" over the existing water channels, we have implemented measures easily without generating industrial waste. Given that it is easily visible in the green park, we used palm fiber nets (Gengoro nets) that excel in aesthetics for slope protection. [Construction Example] Repair of Stone Walls (Oya Stone) for Small Areas Under 100m2

Repair of the stone wall in public land (changed from mortar spraying) noise control, small area, no need for machinery installation or material storage, lightweight and easy to construct, weed control (mowing).

The stone wall made of Ōtani stone has been repaired. Due to the long extension and the small area of less than 100m² for the work, we adopted a hardening textile membrane instead of the initially planned mortar spraying method. [Construction Example] Waterway construction for erosion control where the delivery of corrugated materials is difficult.

Lightweight (approximately 9kg) and made of only two materials: sheet and ring anchor! A highly versatile civil engineering sheet that excels in workability and can be used for channel construction and drainage basins, hardening with water.

In the waterway construction for mountain conservation work, there were areas where the transportation of corrugated materials was difficult. Therefore, we adopted the water-hardening civil engineering sheet "Kouka Tekimen," which is lightweight and has excellent workability, for use in the waterway construction. Local excavated soil can be used at 2 tons per bag! We solve the problems of landslides. We have numerous construction achievements across the country, from road disaster recovery to agricultural roads and maintenance repairs.

Mesh fabric is used on the sides and top! A new large sandbag equipped with seeds and fertilizer. Since it can use 2 tons of locally generated soil per bag, it reduces the worries of dealing with collapsed soil. It can also be created on-site. Large sandbags can experience a decrease in functionality and aesthetics if left unattended after disaster recovery, leading to the outflow of the inner soil. "Mega Medel" prevents the outflow of inner soil and does not compromise aesthetics by greening with plants. Creation is easy with an excavator (mechanical construction). Mega Medel, which has been pre-made at a different location, can be installed using heavy machinery when needed, or it can be set up with a crane. By filling it with soil and installing it, greening can be easily achieved, making it a disaster prevention greening product that combines disaster countermeasures and landscape preservation functions.
