Cloud-based hotel key issuance system "Vostio"

The access management system "Vostio" is our latest cloud-based hotel key system. It can now be chosen as an alternative to the traditional Visionline for the operation of our contactless card lock "VingCard." The conventional hotel key systems, which are still mainstream in domestic accommodations, require the installation of a hotel key system server on the premises, leading to high initial purchase and maintenance costs. Additionally, when considering related costs such as irregular PC replacements and server updates, small to medium-sized accommodations often perceive card locks as "a luxury." To address these challenges, we have significantly reduced the initial and maintenance costs that burden accommodations by taking on the responsibility of server maintenance through cloud technology. As a result, facilities that implement Vostio can benefit from automated and remote regular maintenance and emergency responses for the server, leading to substantial improvements in management and operational efficiency, as well as allowing for a concentration of human resources on high-value-added services.
