We would like to introduce a case where the breathable waterproof sheet method "Public Cover Sheet F Method" was implemented. In this site, due to special circumstances, it was necessary to temporarily store contaminated soil, which required medium to long-term storage. During this storage period, it was necessary to release gases generated from organic matter contained in the soil into the atmosphere while preventing rainwater from permeating the contaminated soil. By using this method, we were able to release gases generated from organic matter in the soil into the atmosphere while preventing rainwater from permeating the contaminated soil, thereby suppressing the outflow of contaminants from within the contaminated soil. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - It was necessary to prevent rainwater from permeating the contaminated soil. ■Results - Achieved high water resistance through end film processing. - Suppressed the outflow of contaminants from within the contaminated soil. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case study on the construction method for "waterproof sheet for agricultural pond disaster recovery." In this case, a pond used for agricultural purposes was protected by a waterproof sheet on its surface. Over time, voids developed in the ground behind the waterproof sheet, causing the sheet to float. We adopted a design that involved installing a permeable crushed stone layer behind the waterproof sheet and discharging the groundwater behind the sheet through a pipe at the bottom of the pond. [Case Overview] ■ Issues - If left unaddressed, there was a possibility that the waterproof sheet could be damaged, compromising its waterproofing performance. ■ Proposal - We proposed using "GeoWeb," a durable frame material, to maintain the crushed stone layer beneath the waterproof sheet. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case that adopted the "Conback Method" for the construction of a cast-in-place foundation in the existing bridge pier's lower protective layer in a narrow construction area. To allow construction machinery to enter, it was necessary to implement temporary river enclosures and pump out water. However, carrying out temporary river diversions required significant costs and time, and there was a desire for a protective layer construction method that could be executed without diverting the river. By adopting this method, we were able to eliminate the costs associated with temporary works such as river diversions, leading to savings in construction costs and a reduction in construction period, which pleased the client. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - It was necessary to remove the bagged stone protective layer material that had been installed as a protective layer for the existing road bridge pier and to install new protective layer blocks. ■Results - We were able to eliminate temporary construction costs. - We achieved savings in construction costs and a reduction in the construction period. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case where we proposed the "silt fence (pollution prevention membrane) + fabric formwork for underwater construction." In this project, the erosion of the riverbed caused by the water flow discharged from the rainwater drainage facility was a concern. We proposed the fabric formwork method, which allows for underwater construction, for riverbed protection work, and it was adopted. Additionally, to address the potential impact on the surrounding environment due to pollution generated when injecting concrete into the fabric formwork underwater, we employed the silt fence method as a countermeasure against pollution diffusion. This contributed to preventing pollution from spreading downstream. 【Case Overview】 ■ Adopted Method: Silt Fence (Pollution Prevention Membrane) - Prevents the diffusion of pollution generated during land reclamation, dredging, riverbank, river, and dam construction, protecting nearby marine resources. ■ Adopted Method: Fabric Formwork "FabriForm" *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Conback Method" used for the restoration work of road bridge piers after a disaster. In this site, there is a road bridge located above the existing railway tracks, and during heavy rainfall, the foundation of the road bridge pier near the river was eroded. Considering the impact on the railway tracks, it was necessary to urgently implement disaster recovery work. There was a challenge due to the narrow access for transporting materials and equipment, making it difficult to bring in resources using conventional methods. To address this issue, we proposed the use of the on-site cast box-type stabilization block method, which was adopted. [Case Overview] ■ Adopted Method: On-site cast box-type stabilization block "Conback Method" ■ The Conback Method can be used for disaster recovery work in narrow sites. ■ A wire mesh panel made of zinc-coated iron wire, processed into a U-shape, is assembled on-site into a box shape, and a bag made of synthetic fiber sheet is set inside. After installation at the construction site, concrete is poured into the bag, forming the on-site cast stabilization block method. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

(The NETIS Registration Number: KT-230109-A) In 2015, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism proposed the "Vision for the Reconstruction of a Disaster Prevention Awareness Society." The content explains both soft and hard measures related to disaster prevention against water-related hazards, and among the hard measures, it indicates the development of resilient structures for river levees to withstand overflow as a crisis management-type hard measure. One of the required functions in this context is the "reinforcement of the back slope of river levees." In response to this need, we developed and put into practical use the Solcomat (block mat) method for back slope reinforcement! We confirmed the reinforcement effect during overflow through hydraulic experiments and were able to verify the levee reinforcement effect!

The "River Bent Method" consists of two layers: a waterproof layer and a greening layer. The waterproof layer is formed by bentonite mixed soil filled within a mat (fabric formwork). This utilizes the water absorption and swelling (expansion) properties of bentonite. The volume expansion of the bentonite mixed soil itself is suppressed by the bag-like mat, allowing the bentonite to close off the voids (water paths) between soil particles, resulting in excellent waterproof performance of the mat. After laying the mat, spraying the surface with vegetation allows for the formation of a multi-natural revetment with excellent flow velocity resistance. 【Features】 ■ Excellent workability and cost-effectiveness - Since it is a mat filled with bentonite mixed soil, there is no need for the installation of heavy materials (concrete secondary products), which improves construction efficiency, shortens the process, and enhances cost-effectiveness. ■ Consideration for the environment - By not using concrete secondary products or large machinery, CO2 emissions can be reduced, helping to mitigate the impact on the global environment. "Conback" is a site-cast block method designed for purposes such as stabilizing bridge piers, protecting bridge piers, and providing pier protection. It has been developed by applying our company's bag body processing and injection technology. This block method involves setting a bag made of synthetic fiber sheet onto a wire mesh panel and pouring concrete inside it. By adding a water-resistant concrete admixture to the poured concrete, it helps to suppress the outflow of cement and other materials, thus preventing water pollution. Additionally, by placing an impermeable sheet inside the bag, it is also possible to completely prevent the outflow of cement and other materials. 【Features】 ○ Cost Reduction - Since Conback can be manufactured on-site, it significantly reduces costs compared to other block methods and stone coverings. ○ Shortened Construction Period - The integration of Conback manufacturing and installation allows for a reduction in construction time. ○ No Restrictions on Construction Location - After installing Conback, concrete can be poured without the need for large cranes, thus not being restricted by the construction location. ○ Easy to Install - It is simple to set up synthetic fiber sheets on semi-finished rebar or wire mesh panels and assemble them. The "Fabric Formwork Method" is a concrete forming technique that involves pumping fluid concrete or mortar into a fabric formwork made of high-strength synthetic fibers processed into a mat-like shape. Since the fabric formwork is permeable, excess mixing water is squeezed out by the injection pressure, which reduces the water-cement ratio (W/C), accelerates the curing time, and results in the formation of a high-density, high-strength hardened body. 【Features】 ■ Can be constructed with fewer people and in a shorter time compared to conventional on-site concrete and precast block work. ■ Demonstrates effectiveness in disaster recovery. ■ Allows for underwater construction, eliminating the need for switching work and water-stopping work. ■ Exhibits excellent effects in shortening construction periods and economic efficiency. ■ Adapts well to complex slopes with varying gradients, achieving uniform thickness. ■ Lightweight. ■ Reduces curing time. *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download.
