Deep Mixing Method "ECM Method"

"BCJ-Examination Certificate-66" Deep Mixing Method Using Cement-Based Solidification Material

The "ECM method" is a ground improvement technique that uses cement-based solidifying materials and specialized machinery to drill (penetrate) to relatively deep depths, mixing soil with the solidifying materials. Construction is carried out using a dedicated construction machine equipped with an IC card recording construction management device, ensuring uniform quality regardless of the soil types, such as sandy soil, clay, or loam. The method is based on a two-cycle construction process, with the first cycle at a standard speed of 1m/min and the second cycle at 2m/min. [Examples of On-Site Construction] ■ Fresh System Saitama Center New Construction Project (tentative name) ■ Kanagawa Institute of Technology New Lecture Hall Construction Project ■ New Construction of the Japanese Embassy Office in Benin ■ Strengthening Plan for Punjab State Technical College ■ New Construction of Honda Parts Sales Co., Ltd. Deep Mixing Method (Mechanical Agitation Method) "Epocolumn Method"

NETIS registered technology! A method that can prevent the phenomena of "ground movement" and "co-movement."

The "Epocolumn Method" is a ground improvement technique that enables the construction of high-quality columns by mixing slurry and soil in three-dimensional space through a composite relative agitation, where the outer wings, middle wings, and core wings of a cage-like structure intersect and rotate in different directions. With a highly rigid stirring wing shape fixed at both ends to the rotation axis and high torque performance, this method allows for ground improvement construction directly on hard ground or mixed gravel and cobble ground without the need for auxiliary methods, which were previously difficult. 【Features】 ■ Prevents the phenomena of "dragging" and "co-rotation" of the ground ■ Capable of constructing large-diameter columns ■ Excellent mixing performance for cobbles and gravel layers ■ Maintains good vertical accuracy of the pile core ■ Slurry discharge can be selected from the tip discharge port and the circumferential discharge port For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

We will create a high-quality improved body with no variation!

The "KS-S・MIX Method" is one of the deep mixing treatment methods and is a large-diameter relative mixing method with a single shaft of large diameter (φ1600mm to φ2000mm). By achieving relative mixing between the outer and inner wings, it realizes three-dimensional mixing from planar mixing, enabling the creation of high-quality improved bodies with consistent quality due to excellent mixing performance. Additionally, it allows for drilling into hard ground, and the outer vertical wing rotates while contacting the drilling wall, and rotates relative to the inner wing, thereby reducing lateral impact. 【Features】 - Large diameter construction (single shaft of φ1600mm to φ2000mm) - Assurance of quality For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Non-explosive demolition method for pile head treatment

Aiming to eliminate excessive labor accompanied by noise and vibration, non-explosive demolition agents are applied to pile head treatment.

The non-explosive demolition agent method for pile head treatment involves loading a non-explosive demolition agent into holes drilled from the outer surface of the pile towards its center, and igniting it to instantaneously crush the concrete, forming a horizontal fracture surface, thereby separating the main body of the pile from the excess portion. The excess portion can be removed as consolidated fragments using a crane or similar equipment. The chipping work involved in pile head treatment is an extremely demanding task for workers, as they are subjected to strong noise, vibration, and dust at close range. In the construction sector, where there is a shortage of workers, the non-explosive demolition agent method for pile head treatment is a technology that contributes to the preservation of the surrounding environment as well as the improvement of the working conditions. The non-explosive demolition agent undergoes a redox reaction known as the thermite reaction, which crushes the material through instantaneous steam expansion pressure. The reaction rate is about 1/25 that of explosives, and since it does not generate shock waves, it can separate the excess portion without damaging the main body of the pile. Tests on the concrete compressive strength of the main body of the pile and tensile tests on the rebar have confirmed that there is no reduction in strength, and that both the concrete and rebar are intact.
