Non-explosive, low-vibration steam pressure crushing agent 'Gunsizer'

Contributes to shortening construction time, enhancing safety, and reducing costs! Usable even in situations where work with explosives is not possible. Suppresses shock waves, taking into consideration nearby houses and structures.

The "Gansizer" is a crushing agent that clears the constraints of vibration and noise related to environmental conservation around work sites, achieving efficient crushing through steam pressure. It crushes brittle materials such as rock formations, stones, and concrete structures instantly in a low-vibration state using the steam pressure generated during the thermal decomposition of the agent. Although the crushing procedure is similar to blasting methods, the use of this crushing agent is not subject to the Explosives Control Law. This product enables safe, speedy, and low-cost crushing operations within the construction period. 【Features】 ■ Instant crushing capability ■ Shortened construction period and cost reduction ■ No need for consumption permit notifications due to being non-explosive ■ No waiting time required like static crushing agents ■ Low vibration due to the absence of shock waves ■ Registered in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's New Technology Information System (NETIS) It is being used in recovery and reconstruction work following the Great East Japan Earthquake! (Can also be used underwater) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Non-explosive demolition method for pile head treatment

Aiming to eliminate excessive labor accompanied by noise and vibration, non-explosive demolition agents are applied to pile head treatment.

The non-explosive demolition agent method for pile head treatment involves loading a non-explosive demolition agent into holes drilled from the outer surface of the pile towards its center, and igniting it to instantaneously crush the concrete, forming a horizontal fracture surface, thereby separating the main body of the pile from the excess portion. The excess portion can be removed as consolidated fragments using a crane or similar equipment. The chipping work involved in pile head treatment is an extremely demanding task for workers, as they are subjected to strong noise, vibration, and dust at close range. In the construction sector, where there is a shortage of workers, the non-explosive demolition agent method for pile head treatment is a technology that contributes to the preservation of the surrounding environment as well as the improvement of the working conditions. The non-explosive demolition agent undergoes a redox reaction known as the thermite reaction, which crushes the material through instantaneous steam expansion pressure. The reaction rate is about 1/25 that of explosives, and since it does not generate shock waves, it can separate the excess portion without damaging the main body of the pile. Tests on the concrete compressive strength of the main body of the pile and tensile tests on the rebar have confirmed that there is no reduction in strength, and that both the concrete and rebar are intact.

Introduction to the Bulk Spray Method "Hias Method"

Short construction period, low cost, safe asbestos bulk spray containment method.

At Life Protect Co., Ltd., we offer the "Hias Method," which was developed after a detailed examination of the issues related to removal, containment, and enclosure. We use a council-certified "Air Fog Atomizer" that generates a mist with a consistent particle size, and we spray the minister-certified agent "Hias Gripper" automatically without human intervention. By spraying a mist-like agent with uniform particle size, it is possible to capture dust in areas that are difficult to access, such as gaps where human hands cannot reach, places where asbestos dust is not visible, and airborne dust. 【Features】 ■ Registered in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's New Technology Information Provision System KT-100050-A ■ Construction can be carried out without the need for tenant or resident relocation ■ No asbestos dispersion ■ Maintains fire resistance, thermal insulation, and condensation prevention performance *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

G-type asbestos containment method

Maintaining fire prevention and fire resistance performance! It is easy to manage because the treated material remains stable after processing!

In the case of containment methods where there is no contact with asbestos-containing building materials and no risk of asbestos dispersion due to vibrations, it is not subject to the Air Pollution Control Act. "G-type asbestos treatment" involves spraying at low pressure, so in most cases, it is not subject to the Air Pollution Control Act. There is no need for isolation, installation of an ante-room, or negative pressure dust removal, and wetting work is carried out using "Asgen Sealer." Additionally, due to its extremely high permeability, it offers good workability and can shorten the construction period. Since it can maintain fire and heat resistance performance, there is no need for new fire and heat resistance measures like organic treatment agents. This also helps reduce treatment costs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
