Simple Ground Treatment Method "FC Crack Method"

Chronic pavement joint cracks have occurred, and this can be considered when the entire section is being repaved.

The "FC Crack Method" involves laying an elastic pavement material called "Falcon" on small-scale bridges, joint areas, and other cracked road surfaces to suppress cracking through deformation performance. Additionally, if there are joints or gaps, a high-performance waterproofing material called "Meji Aid" can be installed in the joint areas to enhance waterproofing. This method can be considered when there is a desire to address the frequent damage to concrete joint areas, or when waterproofing treatments for the joint areas are desired without the need to install expansion devices. 【Examples of Construction】 ■ Cracked pavement areas ■ Concrete pavement joint areas ■ Reflection cracks in composite pavements ■ Joint areas of small-scale bridges - PC/RC bridges approximately up to 15m - Steel bridges approximately up to 10m *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Chemix Asbestos Treatment Method

Asbestos has many excellent properties. It is highly workable and economically advantageous, but the harmfulness of airborne fibers has become apparent.

Asbestos refers to a group of naturally occurring fibrous minerals, derived from the Greek word meaning "eternal and unquenchable." It is classified into six types, with the most commonly used being chrysotile (white asbestos), crocidolite (blue asbestos), and amosite (brown asbestos). Due to its hazardous properties that can cause health issues such as lung cancer and mesothelioma, asbestos was designated as a specific chemical substance in 1971, and the spraying of asbestos was banned in 1975. Furthermore, in Japan, the use of particularly harmful blue and brown asbestos was prohibited in April 1995. The amendment to the Enforcement Order of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, which came into effect on October 1, 2004, also imposed a complete ban on white asbestos. Although its use was allowed until 2006 for certain applications, all six types were fully banned in June 2008. However, the effectiveness of alternative products is lacking, and it is unclear how long it will take to achieve a complete transition.

G-type asbestos containment method

Maintaining fire prevention and fire resistance performance! It is easy to manage because the treated material remains stable after processing!

In the case of containment methods where there is no contact with asbestos-containing building materials and no risk of asbestos dispersion due to vibrations, it is not subject to the Air Pollution Control Act. "G-type asbestos treatment" involves spraying at low pressure, so in most cases, it is not subject to the Air Pollution Control Act. There is no need for isolation, installation of an ante-room, or negative pressure dust removal, and wetting work is carried out using "Asgen Sealer." Additionally, due to its extremely high permeability, it offers good workability and can shorten the construction period. Since it can maintain fire and heat resistance performance, there is no need for new fire and heat resistance measures like organic treatment agents. This also helps reduce treatment costs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Ground improvement work using large-diameter mechanical mixing deep mixing method "RAS Column Method"

Reliable construction is possible! High-quality and homogeneous improved bodies are achieved through deep mixing treatment!

The "RAS Column Method" is classified as a mechanical mixing method for deep mixing treatment, which improves the ground by forcibly mixing the original soil with cement milk using mixing blades. The drilling and mixing mechanism features a double-tube structure where the inner and outer shafts rotate in opposite directions. The inner shaft has specialized blades for drilling hard ground with high torque, while the outer shaft has blades specifically for mixing. Utilizing the effects of the forward and reverse rotation of this mechanism ensures the production of high-quality and homogeneous improved material. 【Features】 ■ Improvement diameter of up to 2,500mm is possible with a high-output auger ■ Capable of penetrating hard ground ■ The issue of cohesive soil rotating together, which has been a problem in the past, is resolved by the forward and reverse rotation ■ The rigidity of the rods is high, and the mutual forward and reverse rotation in the double-tube structure improves drilling vertical accuracy ■ The construction management system allows for real-time monitoring of the construction status *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Ground improvement work Deep mixing method "Ascolam method"

Reversible stirring mechanism! A highly reliable deep mixing treatment method that can adapt to a wide range of soil conditions.

The "Ascolam Method" is a technique that involves adding a slurry-type cement-based solidifying agent to in-situ soil while mixing and stirring the soil and solidifying agent using a stirring mechanism that rotates both clockwise and counterclockwise. After penetrating to a specified depth, the rod is withdrawn while continuing to stir, thereby forming a homogeneous soil-cement column underground. Due to its excellent features, this method can be applied to a wide range of uses, including the improvement of soft ground, foundations, earth retention, and the construction of impermeable walls. 【Features】 ■ Stirring mechanism with clockwise and counterclockwise rotation ■ Elimination of the co-rotation phenomenon of soil clumps ■ Minimal variability in improvement ■ Applicable to a wide range of soil types ■ High verticality achieved ■ Low noise and low vibration *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Ground improvement work Deep mixing method "Expanded and Contracted Column Method"

Simultaneous forward and reverse rotation using a double-tube structure of the rod! A new ground improvement method utilizing an expansion and contraction technique.

The "Expansion and Contraction Column Method" is a deep mixing treatment method characterized by its expansion and contraction mechanism and simultaneous rotation mechanism in both directions. By using the expansion and contraction method, it is possible to improve the ground by reducing the diameter of the excavation area and increasing the diameter of the improved area, allowing for the proper use of solidifying materials and a reduction in excavation time, resulting in reliable and economical construction. 【Features】 ■ The amount of excavated soil in the excavation area is less than 1/4 of that of conventional methods. ■ The excavation head and mixing wings can be expanded and contracted. ■ Simultaneous rotation in both directions due to the double pipe structure of the rod. ■ Centralized management system for the expansion and contraction column. ■ Large diameter column with diameters ranging from φ1,200mm to φ2,000mm. ■ Use of general-purpose machinery for the base machine. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Asbestos containment work "JEA method"

Safe, reliable, and low-cost! A new method that changes the common understanding of asbestos containment work has arrived!

Astonishing new method "JEA Method" that changes the common sense of asbestos containment work! By adopting special technology, construction can be completed in a shorter period compared to conventional methods. Since evacuation is only required at the construction site, it is ideal for facilities and apartments where long-term evacuation is difficult. The equipment is compact and does not require large spaces, reducing the costs of protective measures and temporary setups, allowing for significant cost savings along with a shorter construction period. Additionally, since the construction work does not involve entering areas where asbestos may be released, the safety of workers can also be ensured.
