Constant Current Diode "CRD E Series (Axial Lead Type)"

High reliability with airtight sealing!

The "CRD E Series" uses elements that provide stable constant current characteristics in a compact size. It is a small device that employs a DO-35 style DHD (Double Heatsink Diode) structure with a DO35 (300mW) package. With hermetic sealing for high reliability, the component materials are inexpensive and excellent for mass production. Previously, the series had a maximum of "E-153 (15mA)," but "E-183 (18mA)" has been added. This allows for the supply of a constant current that does not exceed the rated current, making it possible to stabilize the brightness of high-brightness LEDs rated at 20mA with a single component.

We have developed an odor sensor platform using a Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) that can measure minute weights. It can be used as an odor sensor simply by forming an adsorption film for odors. This product is suitable for continuous temperature monitoring of switchgear contacts, busbars, and critical connections. <Product Basic Configuration> - Temperature sensor probe (PRB-110 / PRB-910) - Transmitter (FTX-PWR+R series) - Software The temperature sensor probe is made from materials with high insulation resistance, allowing use in environments up to 38kV (three-phase). Additionally, there are options available for the probe's tip. The transmitter can continuously monitor the temperature of switchgear contacts, busbars, and other medium-voltage electrical equipment in real-time. One transmitter can connect 3 to 9 probes, enabling simultaneous measurement of temperatures at multiple points. It is also possible to connect multiple transmitters in series on a 35mm DIN rail.

Special-shaped optical fiber temperature sensor

A specially shaped sensor that utilizes the characteristics of optical fibers according to its application. It is fully explosion-proof and can be used in various scenarios. New designs are also available.

In recent years, improvements in the quality of optical fibers and the production of various types of fibers have made it possible to develop sensors that were unimaginable a while ago. By deploying sensors in the 2 mm gap of devices that generate ultra-strong electromagnetic fields, we have designed, developed, and released various sensors tailored to different scenarios, such as sensors that monitor the state of the device and sensors that detect temperature at intervals of a few centimeters in depth. We also contribute to reducing construction and sensor costs by proposing optical fiber-type sensors for cases that cannot be addressed by conventional thermocouples or where costs become exorbitant due to excessive points. Additionally, we have developed sensor cables that, despite being thin (5Φ or less), can withstand high pressure and are easy to handle, receiving positive feedback from contractors. Of course, we also offer options for high-temperature and ultra-low-temperature applications, so if you have any ideas about potential uses, please let us know, and we will provide suggestions as much as possible.
