Managing health and condition with a patch on your chest, anytime and anywhere.
"Vitalgram" is a multifunctional wearable biosensor that continuously collects vital information such as the subject's electrocardiogram, heart rate, and body temperature, as well as motion information related to posture and behavior (sitting, standing up, sleeping, walking, running, etc.) and environmental information, by being attached to the subject's body, allowing for monitoring "anytime, anywhere." The data collected by the sensors is transmitted wirelessly to mobile devices or the cloud, enabling real-time display and accumulation of data. By attaching this sensor to the body, it becomes possible to monitor the health condition of the wearer remotely. The belt-mounted sensor (VitalgramCT2) is equipped with a deep body temperature measurement function, which helps prevent heatstroke and hypothermia in workers operating in harsh environments. Additionally, the patch-type sensor (Vitalgram2) can be comfortably adhered to the chest, aiding in the management of fatigue, stress, and drowsiness for long-distance drivers. The Vitalgram platform can provide various services, including training management for athletes and sports enthusiasts, as well as health management for healthy adults at risk of illness. ★ The UNIDO video library can be viewed from the link below.

AffordSense Inc. is a university-based venture established in November 2013 to bring the research results of the "Research and Development of Band-Aid Type Biosensors" project, initiated by Professor Kazuhira Maenaka of the Graduate School of Engineering at Hyogo Prefectural University, to society through the Strategic Creative Research Promotion Program (ERATO). We aim not only to commercialize research results but also to further challenge human sensing, advancing research and development to contribute in areas such as health management, early detection and prevention of diseases, and hazard prediction for the human body.
