The hydrogen sensor manufactured by HydrotechnikUK features a one-piece design, with the wetted part precisely machined from a single material. This design prevents the need for welding, as the measurement cell is engineered to avoid embrittlement of the metal surface caused by ionized hydrogen, meaning that the measuring medium does not come into direct contact with the measurement cell. A wide range of pressure sensors designed for hydrogen applications is available, with options for ATEX and EC79, capable of handling pressures up to 140MPa, and equipped with various thread standards, connectors, and signal outputs to suit different applications.
