The "SmartRHEO Series" is a highly versatile and technologically advanced tabletop capillary rheometer for laboratory use. The FRTS series rheometer is a food texture testing device that can quantify various types of hardness, stickiness, cohesiveness, and elasticity of food textures, ranging from gel-like foods such as jams to solid foods like cookies. 【Features】 ■ Measurement conditions can be set simply by selecting the type and specifications of the food according to the display screen on the touch panel. ■ The included software captures changes in load in real-time and creates load-time/load-displacement graphs. ■ Measurement results for sample hardness, stickiness, cohesiveness, adhesion, elasticity, etc., are automatically calculated on the PC. * Not all measurement modes can provide calculations. Material and Defect Analysis: Rotational Rheometer
