Ground reinforcement method "Q Pile (SRP Method / SRP Raft Method)"

Obtaining architectural technical performance certification from a third-party organization! Method using square precast concrete column piles.

The "Q Pile (SRP Method / SRP Raft Method)" is a ground reinforcement method that utilizes square precast RC column materials as ground reinforcement materials. Due to the simple shape of the square precast RC column materials, manufacturing costs are low, and everything is compact, making handling easy, which results in overall low costs. By simply installing them, the bearing capacity at the head can be easily measured, and the bearing capacity of all piles installed on-site can be determined. The small-diameter piles are installed using a press-in method, resulting in low noise and low vibration. 【Features】 ○ Reliability → Obtained building technology performance certification from a third-party organization ○ Space-saving → Materials are delivered by small trucks (2t to 4t), and the delivery vehicle quickly transforms into construction machinery ○ High quality → Achieved high quality through thorough inspection ○ Installation using a dedicated driving machine or a truck-mounted pile driver For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

[Construction Achievements] Sto Dry Spray Method Bridge Repair Contract

[Bridge Repair Business Commission] High-level technology and quality! Nearly 40 years of experience with polymer cement dry spraying method.

The "Sto Dry Spray Application Method" was developed in Germany, a leading country in concrete repair technology, and is a dry spraying method using premixed polymer cement mortar with nearly 40 years of proven performance in Europe. Just before the factory-produced premixed polymer cement mortar, which is composed of cement, aggregates, polymers, and fibers in predetermined ratios, is sprayed, an appropriate amount of water is supplied, and the material is compacted by the impact force of air pressure. This allows for the formation of a cement mortar that meets the required performance for cross-section repair materials. 【Features】 ○ Can supply high-quality materials consistently ○ No need for a material stockyard ○ Construction possible under traffic vibrations ○ Rebound material has very little moisture and is easy to handle ○ No generation of wash water from equipment or packaging dust, considering environmental aspects For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

[Data] Reinforcement Method "CABOCON Method"

Just apply it to the surface of the structure! A reinforcement method that allows for easy construction and significantly shortens the construction period.

This document contains information on the characteristics, applications, performance, and physical properties of the reinforcement method "CABOCON Method." The "CABOCON Method" is a reinforcement technique for concrete and steel structures that demonstrates excellent reinforcement effects by bonding high-strength, lightweight CCFP with high-performance epoxy resin adhesive. By bonding CCFP, reinforcement effects equal to or greater than those of steel plate reinforcement can be achieved. Since it does not require chipping into existing structures, driving anchors, or modifying the existing structural cross-section, and does not necessitate installation processing or welding work, there are no issues related to heavy machinery operations, noise, or fire hazards. 【Contents】 ■ Overview ■ Features ■ Applications ■ Performance and Physical Properties ■ Basic Construction Methods ■ Main Construction Achievements *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Reinforcement Method for Bridge Piers with Embedded Reinforcement Bars "AT-P Method"

By significantly reducing the weight increase due to reinforcement, the burden on the foundation structure and the ground is alleviated!

The "AT-P method" is a seismic reinforcement method for bridge piers that minimizes the thickness of the reinforcement layer (minimum 34mm) compared to the RC wrapping method with external reinforcement and the conventional PCM wrapping method. The increase in thickness of the wrapping is reduced to about 1/8 of the RC wrapping method and less than 1/2 of the conventional PCM wrapping method, resulting in almost no increase in the riverbed obstruction rate for bridge pier reinforcement in rivers. Additionally, by directly embedding reinforcement bars into the existing concrete, it is possible to reliably improve load-bearing capacity without increasing the concrete cross-section. 【Features】 ■ The increase in wrapping thickness is reduced to about 1/8 of the RC wrapping method and less than 1/2 of the conventional PCM wrapping method. ■ The riverbed obstruction rate for bridge pier reinforcement in rivers hardly increases. ■ Load-bearing capacity can be reliably improved without increasing the concrete cross-section. ■ The burden on the foundation structure and the ground can be reduced. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
