We would like to introduce a case where the indoor general-purpose mobile robot "BUDDY" from SOCIAL ROBOTICS Co., Ltd. took the stage on behalf of remote participants at an award ceremony. The robot ascended a slope to a stage 50 cm high in a 30 m event hall to receive the award, and it also facilitated video streaming and projection. Additionally, due to budget constraints, we could not invest in a remote operation program, so we accessed the robot remotely to perform manual operations and execute complex movements.
