We would like to introduce a case study of the indoor general-purpose mobile robot "BUDDY" from SOCIAL ROBOTICS Co., Ltd., which has been implemented for delivery in private rooms of karaoke establishments. It was introduced to address the shortage of staff in the hall by automating drink delivery. The goal was to achieve over 100 operations per day, which was successfully accomplished at 100%.
