SSL Permanent Anchor Method (Expanded Hole Support Type Anchor) Type P and Type M

The SSL permanent anchor method consists of two techniques: the P-type and the M-type, which are both expansion pressure types.

The SSL-P type anchor body is suitable for clay and weathered rock, where the anchor fixation part is enlarged, and an anchor body is created inside the enlarged hole using grout. This method ensures the anchor's load capacity based on the bearing strength of the fixed ground in the enlarged section. The SSL-M type anchor body is suitable for soft to medium hard rock, where after enlarging the anchor fixation part, the anchor body is inserted and expanded in the enlarged section, ensuring the anchor's load capacity based on the bearing strength of the fixed ground in that section. NETIS registration number: HR-990015-A.

Ground Anchor Construction KTB Anchor Method

Ground anchor construction KTB anchor method

The KTB anchor method uses a screw-type anchor head for anchoring each strand after "wedge" anchoring, and further anchors it using a ring nut method with the screw-type anchor head, eliminating set loss and enhancing the tightening effect. 【Features】 ○ The KTB anchoring method is a wedge and nut anchoring system, which eliminates losses, allows for free re-tensioning, and enables flexible adjustment of the strand length and number on-site. ○ The tensioning materials used in this method, and (fully coated PC steel wire), are materials that significantly enhance the corrosion resistance performance against various corrosive environments for PC steel wire. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.

Construction Method: U-Turn Removal Anchor Method

Complete removal of PC steel strands that are underground obstacles.

The U-turn removal anchor method is the world's first load-distributing removal anchor developed for pulling out PC steel strands after the installed rock anchors have been used. By adjusting the load-bearing bodies according to the designed anchor force, the PC steel strands are turned back at the tips of each load-bearing body, allowing for uniform tension and fixation across each load-bearing body.

Reinforcement of the breakwater using ground anchors.

An approach to resilient structures! Proposals from SE for earthquake and tsunami countermeasures.

In this document, SE is proposing the reinforcement of breakwaters using ground anchors as a measure against earthquakes and tsunamis in its environmental disaster prevention projects. The Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred on March 11, 2011, caused significant damage due to tsunamis. Coastal structures of breakwaters that did not anticipate external forces from tsunamis experienced major deformations such as toppling and washing away. On the other hand, breakwaters that demonstrated resilience, even when deformed by wave forces, contributed significantly to disaster reduction by delaying the arrival time of tsunamis to urban areas. Based on these experiences, breakwaters are required to have resilient structures, and our breakwater reinforcement anchor method is introduced as a reference technology in the "Guidelines for Tsunami Resistance Design of Breakwaters." [Contents] ■ Approach to "Resilient Structures" ■ Breakwater Reinforcement Anchor Method ■ SEEE Ground Anchor *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

KJS Anchor Removal Method

An extremely efficient and highly reliable construction method! Line removal is possible with mobile cranes and high-speed hydraulic jacks.

The "KJS Removal Anchor Method" uses unbonded PC steel strands, integrating the load-bearing body in a U-turn shape at the underground tip, and combines multiple units in the depth direction to create an anchor body with excellent friction resistance against the supporting ground. The anchor input force is evenly divided by the KJS tensioning device DPH and can be transmitted to the supporting ground. This method is highly efficient and reliable due to its ease of conducting suitability tests and confirmation tests before fixation, as well as the ability to remove PC steel strands using mobile cranes or high-speed hydraulic jacks. 【Features】 ■ The load acting on each load-bearing body is uniform due to the DPH (differential tensioning device). ■ The KJS jack allows for continuous execution of pre-suitability tests, confirmation tests, and subsequent anchor fixation. ■ The tendon components are few, making it economical and excellent in workability. ■ The removal efficiency is significantly improved. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
