The SSL permanent anchor method consists of two techniques: the P-type and the M-type, which are both expansion pressure types.
The SSL-P type anchor body is suitable for clay and weathered rock, where the anchor fixation part is enlarged, and an anchor body is created inside the enlarged hole using grout. This method ensures the anchor's load capacity based on the bearing strength of the fixed ground in the enlarged section. The SSL-M type anchor body is suitable for soft to medium hard rock, where after enlarging the anchor fixation part, the anchor body is inserted and expanded in the enlarged section, ensuring the anchor's load capacity based on the bearing strength of the fixed ground in that section. 【Features】 SSL-P Type Anchor ○ The anchoring part of the SSL-P type anchor body is integrated with the closure packer. ○ This method does not rely on the friction between the grout and the anchoring ground, allowing for the injection of cement milk into the packer even in the presence of groundwater or leakage, without any decrease in anchor capacity. ○ The standard drilling length for the anchoring part is 4.0 m (including the guide hole length). SSL-M Type Anchor ○ The anchoring part of the SSL-M type anchor body consists of an anchor body made of ductile cast iron and a core-extracted closure packer. ○ This method does not rely on the friction between the grout and the anchoring ground, and even in the presence of groundwater or leakage, if the core-extracted section is sealed by the packer, there will be no decrease in anchor capacity. ○ The standard drilling length for the anchoring part is 3 to 5 m (including the guide hole length). ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
