[Case Study] AGV Equipped with a Lifting Slide Table

Automation of the transport of actual boxes from the molding machine to the storage rack and the transport of empty boxes from the storage rack to the molding machine.

We would like to introduce a case where a certain electronics manufacturer implemented a "Container Unmanned Transport System." Since the transfer heights of the input and output ports are different, it was essential to have a function that allows the transfer slide table on the AGV to be raised and lowered. Additionally, to ensure that containers are reliably placed onto the free rollers, the transfer slide table was equipped with a function to slide horizontally as well.
