At the Service Concrete company's ready-mix concrete plant, wet sand was sticking to the container and causing bridging at the top of the pants-leg type outlet, resulting in significant delays in batching and filling transport mixing trucks. To address this, an efficient and effective system was designed, consisting of one "VA-51 AirSweep" directly above the pants-leg outlet, along with an "MCA-45T solenoid valve" and a "CBO 1-12 control box." As a result, it became possible to instantly flow sand as needed.
