In machine safety and control safety, the weight of pneumatic solenoid valves is significant, as they are a crucial part connecting the control system and the operating unit.
The M35 series valves are designed for safe and redundant valve operation with external monitoring. The valves are configured in a redundant, 3/2, poppet specification and feature the comprehensive functionality of pilot-operated single solenoid, spring return valves. Each single valve in the M35 series is equipped with a solid-state pressure sensor. By monitoring both of these sensors during the operation and non-operation of the M35 valve, a diagnostic range of 99% is achieved. The monitoring of these sensors is conducted by an external monitoring system.

basic information
Features and Benefits: • Proven cross-flow technology - High control reliability, CAT 4, PL e applications, safely shuts off and exhausts in case of failure • Pressure sensor - Monitors the valve status externally • Modular or screw port connection - Modular connection to air supply systems (lockout valves, filters, regulators, lubricators) • Soft start (anti-blowout feature) model (optional) - Gradually increases pressure during startup • LED indicator - For troubleshooting (power to main solenoid, feedback pressure sensor, valve status) • High flow, clog-resistant silencer - Reduces operational and non-operational noise, no back pressure due to clogging • 3/2 normally closed function - Cuts off pneumatic energy and exhausts downstream pressure

Applications/Examples of results
The M35 series valve is designed to cut off the residual air pressure energy from the machine to the secondary side, supplying air energy to the area and the entire machine/system until a signal to exhaust is generated. It reduces the risks associated with the presence of residual energy during minor services, such as repeated short-term machine stoppages involving important employees.
