Our company exists to serve our customers.

Our company, as stated in our "management policy," is committed to the motto of "being of service to our customers." From handling individual fittings to bending pipes according to customer specifications, performing internal cleaning, and delivering pipe assemblies with fittings attached at both ends. We also provide manifold blocks that are cleaned and delivered as a set with fittings securely tightened. Additionally, we cut air tubes to size and color according to the customer's assembly machine and package them with fittings into kits for each unit. We continuously explore ways to be "of service" and "delight our customers" in line with their production situations, making various proposals. When we submitted this proposal as a business plan to the government, we received approval and became part of the "Approved Management Innovation Plan Companies," which can be described as motivated small and medium-sized enterprises, two years ago. Furthermore, in terms of quality assurance, we obtained the "ISO 9000S" certification through the prestigious Norwegian certification body "DNV" in 2000, and we have continued to improve every year for over eight years. The market for our customers is constantly changing. We are determined not to be satisfied with our existing transactions but to pay close attention to our customers' latent needs and strive to enhance customer satisfaction.
