The connection part with the pipe features a flange-less mechanical connection structure, allowing for the pipe to be connected by tightening bolts and nuts with a wrench. By omitting the flange connection work, the risk of water leakage from the flange area is reduced, enhancing safety. Additionally, since joining materials (gaskets, bolts, nuts) are not required, it also leads to cost savings. Moreover, fusion work is unnecessary, and installation can be carried out without the need for specialized fusion machines, clamps, generators, or other equipment. Even in exterior construction projects with limited construction days or times, it allows for immediate water flow after installation, regardless of site conditions such as water presence or weather, enabling reduced construction time and shortened project duration. This product comes with a dedicated base attached to the lower part of the valve body.
