We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of an automatic door opening and closing robot at a karaoke shop. The robot was introduced for the delivery of food and drinks, achieving 80% of the goal with 100 round trips per day. The cost-effectiveness was recovered in about a year, and it also contributed to increased customer attraction. Additionally, we customized the system so that a bell rings upon arrival, and a password is displayed on the in-room tablet. The door opens when the password is entered.
