We would like to introduce a case where we delivered eight large seismic steel racks (with a load capacity of 500 kg) with a height of 210 cm. This product features a boltless design that allows for easy assembly using just a rubber hammer, without the need for any bolts. The process of tightening bolts, which typically takes 20 to 30 seconds per bolt, is completely unnecessary, enabling anyone to assemble it accurately. Additionally, since the racks are connected in a series of four horizontally, a certain level of seismic resistance is ensured. Furthermore, we have installed "anti-tipping bases" on the front support columns of the racks to implement earthquake measures. At the request of Company R, we assembled and installed 8 angle shelves (load capacity of 120kg per unit) and 2 boltless racks (load capacity of 200kg per unit). The installed angle shelves are 1800mm in height. Such tall steel racks inherently carry a risk of tipping over due to their structure. To mitigate this risk, we utilized cable ties, which are often used as wiring materials to bundle multiple cables, to group several units together for installation. This helps minimize the risk of tipping due to earthquakes or collisions. Securely fixed by driving "anchor bolts" into the floor! A case of implementing measures to prevent tipping over.

At the request of Company K, we assembled and installed lightweight and medium-duty steel racks (load capacity of 200kg per shelf) delivered to a private residence's garage. In this instance, five steel racks were purchased, and each was installed as either a two-unit or three-unit connection. By connecting three units side by side, we were able to reduce the number of support posts to eight, which not only decreases the amount of materials used but also lightens the overall weight of the structure and keeps costs down. We installed the "rack scaffolding" without using any post-installed anchors at all!

We would like to introduce our construction achievements for the repair work on the Konpira Ohashi Bridge (an 8-span post-tensioned PC simple T-beam bridge) spanning the Hita Bypass (National Route 210). By attaching the running rails with chains from the railing posts at the top of the wall railing, we were able to install the "rack scaffolding" without using any post-installed anchors. We would like to introduce our construction achievements for the repainting work of the Portopia Bridge (a lower chord truss bridge) on the Kobe New Transit Port Island Line. Install concrete anchors on the underside of the overhang and set the rail horizontally as the suspension point!

We would like to introduce our construction achievements for the concrete painting work on the overhang section of the anchorage (4A) of the Nanbi-San Seto Ohashi Bridge. Since work on the underside of the overhang section cannot be performed using a gondola, we utilized a "rack scaffold." Concrete anchors were installed on the underside of the overhang section, and rails were set up horizontally from these anchors.
