Since its founding in 1950, Settsu Metal Industries Co., Ltd. has been a specialized manufacturer focused on producing “enclosures” for electronic equipment. We design, manufacture, and sell—as well as import and sell—high-quality products ranging from 19-inch racks for electronic equipment (server racks, network racks) to sub-racks, plastic cases for electronic equipment, and transport cases and containers. Our greatest strength lies not only in our lineup of standard products but also in our flexibility to accommodate custom products (special specifications, OEM, and small-lot production) tailored to our customers’ needs. We safely and reliably protect critical equipment at the forefront of every industry that demands reliability—including IT, broadcasting and video, telecommunications infrastructure, factory automation (FA), healthcare, and defense. ・19-inch Racks (Server Racks, etc.) We offer highly reliable racks tailored to the environments of IT data centers and telecommunications and broadcasting infrastructure, including seismic-resistant, soundproof, electromagnetic shielded, and dustproof models. ・Subracks, Electronic Equipment Cases, and Transport Cases Our extensive lineup ranges from subracks for precision equipment and a variety of electronic equipment cases to waterproof, shock-resistant protective tool cases (hard cases) designed for easy portability. ・Custom Products and Installation Services We provide a one-stop solution to meet our customers’ needs, from customizing standard products and OEM services to small-lot production, as well as on-site installation of racks and mounting frames.
