[Case Study of Steel Rack Implementation] Installed as a Substitute for a Dish Cabinet
Tableware can be stored up to 300 kg per tier! A case study with earthquake-resistant options included.
We would like to introduce a case where six medium-duty steel racks (load capacity of 300kg per shelf) were installed as a substitute for a cupboard. This product is a bolt-less type that can be assembled without using a single bolt. Each component can be fixed by inserting the claw part into the hole and striking it with a rubber hammer (combination hammer). Compared to conventional bolt-fixed types, it significantly reduces assembly time and allows anyone to assemble it accurately without mistakes. Additionally, for earthquake measures, a "tipping prevention base" was purchased, which increases the contact area with the floor, making it more resistant to lateral shaking from earthquakes and impacts. [Case Overview] ■ Type: Medium-duty steel rack ■ Load capacity: 300kg per shelf ■ Quantity: 6 units *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
