Particles with a uniform size of few 10 to 100 ㎛ are expected to be used as raw material for additive manufacturing (3D printer). The Pulsated Orifice Ejection Method (POEM) and the freeze-dry POEM (FD-POEM) developed by the inventor are used for their production. From the point of view of composition control and spheronization by surface tension, the raw material is preferable to be in slurry form. However, the precipitation in a short time and consequently high particle concentration cannot be achieved.　 　This invention makes possible to disperse particle for a relatively long time at a high concentration and to produce small & dense spherical particle than the conventional one using FD-POEM. Moreover, this invention can be applied to particle production of MoSiBTiC alloy, which is an ultra-high temperature material.

The BPS-2000 pump system is an innovative centrifugal pump that does not use consumable bearings or seals. Based on the principle of magnetic levitation, the pump's impeller floats non-contact within a sealed pump casing and is driven by the rotating magnetic field of the motor. Both the impeller and the pump casing are made of high-purity fluororesin with excellent chemical resistance. These components, along with the rotor magnets, make up the pump head. The rotor speed is electronically controlled, allowing for precise control of fluid pressure and flow rate without pulsation. This pump has two types of basic systems. The standalone type includes a control panel for manually setting the speed on the controller, eliminating the need for a PLC to set the speed via an analog signal. The expanded type has a built-in PLC interface, allowing speed to be set by external signals or enabling precise flow or pressure control using flow or pressure sensors. The motor-controller integrated BPS-i30 pump system is an innovative centrifugal pump that does not use consumable bearings or seals. Based on the principle of magnetic levitation, the pump's impeller floats non-contact within a sealed pump casing and is driven by the rotating magnetic field of the motor. Both the impeller and the pump casing are made of high-purity fluororesin with excellent chemical resistance. These components, along with the rotor magnets, form the pump head. Unlike conventional BPS systems, the controller and motor are integrated as a driver housing, freeing users from the hassle of cable wiring and space issues. The impeller's rotational speed is precisely controlled by electronic circuits, eliminating pulsation. With a pulsation-free, valveless structure, inline boosting is possible. The control system features PI functionality, allowing for easier construction of closed-loop flow or pressure control using various sensors.
