We would like to introduce a case where our "Eco Pump" was implemented by Company V, which provides nickel both domestically and internationally. At Factory M, the pump used for supplying cooling water (the water supply pump for the sulfuric acid plant) was old, so it was decided to upgrade to our product. We delivered our product, which can save energy without an inverter, tailored to the customer's equipment specifications and operating conditions. This allowed for the use of (two) pumps to differentiate between "high flow required in summer" and "low flow sufficient in winter." Particles with a uniform size of few 10 to 100 ㎛ are expected to be used as raw material for additive manufacturing (3D printer). The Pulsated Orifice Ejection Method (POEM) and the freeze-dry POEM (FD-POEM) developed by the inventor are used for their production. From the point of view of composition control and spheronization by surface tension, the raw material is preferable to be in slurry form. However, the precipitation in a short time and consequently high particle concentration cannot be achieved.　 　This invention makes possible to disperse particle for a relatively long time at a high concentration and to produce small & dense spherical particle than the conventional one using FD-POEM. Moreover, this invention can be applied to particle production of MoSiBTiC alloy, which is an ultra-high temperature material.

　Microneedles with lots of painless needles are expected to spread rapidly in the beauty field and be used more for self-medication and simple vaccine administration, which are the cornerstones of remote medical treatment. However, conventional methods of applying (or encapsulating) a drug or vaccine to a microneedle and eluting them after skin prick have limited injection volume and speed. The inventors have developed a porous microneedle (PMN), which imparts an electrical "flow" (electroosmotic flow) that allows for high volume and high speed injection with an electric "microneedle pump" and rapid collection of subcutaneous tissue fluid.

The BPS-4000 pump system is an innovative centrifugal pump that does not use consumable bearings or seals. Based on the principle of magnetic levitation, the pump impeller floats non-contact within a sealed pump casing and is driven by the rotating magnetic field of the motor. Both the impeller and the pump casing are made of high-purity fluororesin with excellent chemical resistance. These components, along with the rotor magnets, make up the pump head. The rotor speed is electronically controlled, allowing for precise control of fluid pressure and flow rate, with no pulsation. This pump has two basic system types. The standalone type features a control panel that allows manual speed setting on the controller, eliminating the need for a PLC to set speed via an analog signal. Unlike conventional BPS systems, the controller and motor are integrated as a driver housing, freeing users from the hassle of cable wiring and space issues. The impeller's rotational speed is precisely controlled by electronic circuits, eliminating pulsation. With a pulsation-free, valveless structure, inline boosting is possible. The control system features PI functionality, allowing for easier construction of closed-loop flow or pressure control using various sensors.
