The damage during this extreme heat presents unprecedented challenges, leaving many issues to consider, such as the lack of air conditioning in evacuation centers and homes, and the scarcity of water. We must not allow loss of life due to disaster-related deaths or heatstroke. Recently, hybrid circulation methods combining radiation panels and air conditioning have been implemented in school gymnasiums in Niigata Prefecture, and similar heat-insulating sheets and panels like those from Toyota Kikan are gaining attention. As indicated by the news stating that "radiation panels directly absorb heat from the floor," the characteristics of heat-insulating sheets ensure warmth in winter and coolness in summer. The Toyota Business Fair has successfully concluded this year as well. We introduced SPACECOOL this year, and since it was just the right time as the weather was getting hot, many people seemed to have various interests and we received a lot of inquiries.
