The motor-controller integrated BPS-i30 pump system is an innovative centrifugal pump that does not use consumable bearings or seals. Based on the principle of magnetic levitation, the pump's impeller floats non-contact within a sealed pump casing and is driven by the rotating magnetic field of the motor. Both the impeller and the pump casing are made of high-purity fluororesin with excellent chemical resistance. These components, along with the rotor magnets, form the pump head. Unlike conventional BPS systems, the controller and motor are integrated as a driver housing, freeing users from the hassle of cable wiring and space issues. The impeller's rotational speed is precisely controlled by electronic circuits, eliminating pulsation. With a pulsation-free, valveless structure, inline boosting is possible. The control system features PI functionality, allowing for easier construction of closed-loop flow or pressure control using various sensors.

**Main Features** There are no mechanically contacting parts, resulting in extremely low particle generation. It reduces equipment downtime and increases uptime. Since valves, bearings, and shaft seals are not used, there is no need for costly regular disassembly and repairs, resulting in low maintenance costs. With a magnetic bearing design, there is no risk of contamination. It is a gentle pump for fluids that are easily affected by shear and other forces. Its simple structure, without narrow gaps or grooves, prevents liquid residues from accumulating inside the pump casing. It provides a smooth, steady flow without pulsation. The controller necessary for speed or closed-loop control is built-in, reducing embedded costs. Speed can be controlled electronically. It is smaller than air-driven bellows pumps and centrifugal magnetic pumps, achieving space-saving in equipment and installations with a small mounting area. It employs original technology with proven results in the medical and semiconductor industries (mean time between failures / MTBF > 50 years).
