SEEPEX recognizes that fluids with high viscosity, such as wastewater sludge, have weak flowability, making long-distance transport difficult. When flowability is low, pressure loss within the piping increases significantly, and this loss can only be overcome by using continuous pumping solutions such as belt conveyors and screw conveyors with multiple drive units. These multiple drive units require a large amount of energy and maintenance, resulting in high energy and maintenance costs. To mitigate such issues, our specialized team has designed a customized solution called the 'Smart Air Injection' pump system, which combines transportation via a snake pump with sealed air transport. This advanced smart transport technology enables a reduction in maintenance downtime by up to 85%.

A single-axis screw pump that can quantitatively transfer high-viscosity and high-concentration slurries without pulsation. The flexible rod without connection points minimizes the risk of foreign matter contamination.
